Property is good, but much expensive than what was offered. No experience staff was available at front desk, only a trainee staff. No of guests were queued for their turn.

Great location , clean rooms and good amenities Really bad service. Requested a crib and never got it , requested for an iron box never got it and morning time picking up phone at the reception is very rare.

The stay was amazing. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Nothing to complain about — everything met my expectations.

Most importantly the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, hotel facilities is beyond exceptional. The staff is always ready to support my requests. The a la carte option helps with night cravings after the buffet closes. Good variety for breakfast, and they take special requests. Lovely stay, as usual

I always stay in Kyriad whether for work or leisure. The most convenient Hotel in Muscat, close to the center and only 10 mins away from the airport. The staff is very welcoming, the cleanliness is excellent and the mattress is comfy. Nothing at all

The room service and cleaning was not done at all during my staying period even though the room makeup request is displayed on the room door. The cleaning staff refused to clean the room until they receives an official request from the hotel reception staff to clean the room. On the last day I was still in the room and they opened the room and entered without my permission and even the don’t disturb note was reflected on outside the door.

I have stayed multiple times in Kyriad, and honestly speaking I’m so happy to come across this hotel. Very professional, welcoming and kind staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The food is exceptional with a wide variety of selection. Location is very convenient and close to the center. Value for room and hospitality is worth the pay ! Nothing at all.

Friendly staff; spacious, clean room; very comfortable king size bed All fine; perhaps the water in the shower could be a little hotter and the windows cleaned. Dirty with sand, but this did not detract from our stay. Quiet location.
