Location location location! It’s a modern facility with clean and large rooms and we had AC which was important for us (but only some rooms have it). Breakfast was good and the outdoor seating for the restaurant and the balconies around the property is all lovely. Figuring out which door to open to which elevator from the garage was confusing. Better signage in the garage would be helpful. The bed was too firm for us but that’s a general Europe thing.

Excellent breakfast, breathtaking views. Good quality interiors. There's also a good spa available and a nice restaurant that offers evening à la carte menu, so there's no reason to go to the city if you want nice dinner. One of the best hotels we had during our trip. Strange choice for bathroom design (at least in the "Panda" rooms) where toilet+bathroom is semi-transparent and does not lock at all, so if you travel with kids who do not "respect" toilet privacy yet, there's no way for you to do your business alone. If you are this type of family these rooms are not for you although they have a generous second sofa bed for a child.

Professional No AC in some rooms . But they upgraded me in AC room

Loved the view from the room. The breakfasts were plentiful and the coffee was really good. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would have loved down pillows and air conditioning. The room was terrific but having a mountain view meant hearing the chatter from the outdoor dining tables when we’d rather have been sleeping. Only one of the three nights was bad, but still, it was hard that one night.

Would have been nice to have a kettle and coffee machine in the room, otherwise was fantastic.

EXCEPTIONAL breakfast. Absolutely a must have and you can tell they care about it. The rooms were nice with big showers and bathrooms (the doors to the bathrooms were seethrough though…) Had to park down the road as they have events frequently and parking fills up. The location smells like… a farm? You must open the windows at night to sleep (no bug screens and no AC) but when you do, it smells VERY heavily of manure. The street outside is also loud so bring ear plugs.

Slightly far from Innsbruck Zentrum but it's no issue with a car and there's a nearby bus station. In addition, it comes with a benefit of amazing view.

Staff were excellent. Views from the rooms were fantastic. Breakfast was nice. Parking and getting to hotel were east and with the passes for public transport it was easy to get into Innsbruck without the hassle of finding a parking spot etc. Dinner was very nice and we enjoyed eating dinner in the hotel two evenings. Very clean , room size is big , view is nice

Nothing to tell. Maybe glass bathroom door was kind of strange solution for us, but it's a matter of personal taste.
