It was very clean, laid out with many amenities including spa, etc. There was a nice size balcony overlooking the pond and mountains. It was crowded yet likely due to popularity ?

Nothing What could been better is hotel management that told me that there was no room when I arrived and paid taxi to get to the hotel. They made mistake in the booking system and room was 17 euros / night. I booked one night but hotel management could not bear that I get room for 17 euros and told me that there was no rooms available. They basically throw me out. Hotel itself looks ok, but stuff behaviour is unacceptable.

Nice & clean hotel with comfy beds & amazing views. Breakfast buffet was excellent and dinner had a smallish menu but was tasty, in-house made Austrian cuisine. Spa/heated pool/sauna was fantastic! Close to tram & bus stops. One of the female bartenders completely ignored us, while she chatted away with the men at the bar, very bad! The front desk staff was friendly but could have had a better idea of bus & train schedule times, especially since both are within a 5 minute walk of the hotel.

Perfect location with a view of mountains

Classic Alpine guest house. Perfect for going into Innsbruck by free and quickly by tram just a block away. Staff helpful, friendly and accommodating. We loved most everything. Food menu limited, buffet not always replenished when food ran out.
-
size of the room, bed , view, breakfast you have to check out early ( 11:00 AM )

All was great. No a/c. The road at night is not busy, but I could hear a bit of car noise with the windows open.

I like the location, the views and the parking lot The hotel is marked as a 4 star, but deserves 1 star. The rooms are old, without any decoration, seems like the owners doesn’t care too much. They left a cribb on the corridor blocking the passage for 2 days. The pillows aren’t comfortable, the bed sheets are made of a jersey/modal fabric very rough. The bathroom is small, the bath towels are super small, like a hand towel. The shower leaks through the glass door and flooded all floor. The toilet is dirty and old. They don’t have any special toiletries, like bar soap, shower cap or moisturizer. Breakfast has a lot of variety, but not prepared carefully. I found rotten fruits in the basket on the counter, the orange juice is artificial and the attendents don’t give attention to the guests. This hotel doesn’t deserves the rating it has and become pricey and worthless. The attendant was very rude when we arrived. Not well educated, didn’t show us the facilities, didn’t told us where was the elevator. Just gave us the keys. No welcome, not a cordial word or smile. Very, very rude. On the checkout, they charged us a different ( lower) price. I asked twice if it was ok and they confirmed. Now I got and email charging twice more. They are not professionals and don’t care about the guests.

Great buffet in am, very comfortable

Large room, excellent breakfast, good location, great spa. I did not care for the feel of the pillows.
-
room very clean , very quite No Ac or fan ,no kettle , no fridge

The views from this property were insane and bus station located 100m, overall the location was just exceptional located in a small town, quiet and quaint but close enough for all the attractions My shower head holder was broken which made it interesting but not in enjoyable

Meals could be improved with more choices.

We get room on the 3rd floor under roof. The first night was nightmare. We left the balcony open, but the room was very hot, not possible to sleep. No A/C, not ventilator - during the summer this is big minus. My personal experience - during the breakfast we had incident with one of the guests. As a newcomers we sat where we like it and after maybe 20 minutes, the breakfast lady put on the table letter with room number (reservation). She should give that before breakfast starts, not after 30 minutes! Of course, the angry guest approach (very rude gesture and very unnecessary) and told us we steal his table. We could avoid this situation if the lady put the reservation letter in time. The second experience was that one of the kitchen staff asked us in German language if we need any help. So I told her (in english) if there is possible to get a drink. She obviously did not understand or I do not know, but she smashed her hand on me in like never mind and closed the kitchen door. Like excuse me? You are four stars hotel.

Inside pool, friendly staff , the terrace and breakfast variety. The outside pool looks like Shrek swamp.

Location, staff very helpful, nice view, good sized room

View from the room was fantastic and room was large. Breakfast was very good This property is a three star. The rooms are nothing fancy. Need updating. Limited English when we first arrived. No lunch available and you are not near any restaurants. Dinner menu fair. 30 minute tram ride into Innsbruck. Next time I would stay closer to the town. If you just want to go hike and relax then this hotel is for you. Nice outdoor space only if the weather is good.

Limited breakfast menu with same options daily
