Breakfast was great and rich selection. Room with a balcony with mountain view made every step out spectacular. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't have time to use the sauna or pool, but these are big extras. Bikes can be locked in a safe garage wich was important for me. Parking is easy. Thank you.

That it had charging stations for my EV. Good breakfast selection, found one of my favorites. Very nice personal touch that the tables was marked with room number. That the procedure was so «complicated» that staff had a hard time, so I didn’t get a charge. It’s better to let a charging operator be responsible for the equipment and make the charging process be smooth for the guests.

Great location both to ski area and Innsbruck. Also a delicious pizzeria is around the corner! The staff could have been friendlier. They seemed put out. Also the amenities could use some attention. Lastly solarium and the pool table cost money.

The whole stay was pleasant and the staff was very nice! Clean room, good food and also easy check-in and check out! We can only recommend it.

Loved everything about the place. Staff at Breakfast and reception were kind . Breakfast was excellent especially the slow juicer .The view from the room was breath taking. Just one.point was that we could hear our next door neighbours speaking late at night but other than that everything was perfect

The breakfast wasn't included, which is fine, and I didn't try it since it would cost 15 euros extra each time. The location was great, roughly 3 mins walk away from the tram to Natters and Innsbruck. There was only one pillow, and it was very flat. I suppose they would have given me another if I had asked.

The view from the hotel room was mesmerizing and the hosts were really warm and kind.

The location is beautiful. Even though it is far out of town centre, it is serene, quiet and peaceful. There is a tram line close by that easily connects you to town centre. It really needs some updating / modernisation. Although I was a solo traveller, the single bed was extremely small and the mattress of a low quality. The furniture and bathroom is also very old. Moreover, bigger towels, not torn, and soft, would have been nice. It seemed like a room stuck in the eighties.

We did not like the late check-in fee, since there was no one there when we arrived, the key was left by the door and I think this is not worth an extra 30€.
