Beautiful view, friendly staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast. Wi-Fi could be better, and pool service was a bit slow.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . the view was amazing we came to relax , but unfortunatelly , the stairs we have to step every day were too many , the elevator help for part of the stairs , still there are many stairs.. There was bad smell in the toilet all the time the downhill to down town was very hard as we had to walk it backwards (up hill) which was very hard specially we had a stroller to push ! To conclude , I wouldn't suggest this hotel to others for its value . this should be cheaper and less stars (no more than 3 stars)

We stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the sea and it was private, comfortable and had a stunning sunset view. We loved being able to walk into Mykonos town in the evenings for dinner and nightlife.

A nice undiscovered jewel in Mykonos with great hospitality

Our stay was truly unforgettable – without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely welcome and cared for. The hotel is set amphitheatrically on a hillside just a short walk from Mykonos Town, offering breathtaking sea views from nearly every corner. We stayed in a Superior Sea View Suite with an outdoor jacuzzi, which was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated in a clean, Cycladic style. Waking up to that blue horizon and relaxing in our private jacuzzi each evening felt like a dream. What truly set Kouros apart was the exceptional service. The reception team were always warm, friendly, and eager to help – from making last-minute dinner reservations to arranging transport. They even organized an early breakfast for us on the day of our departure, which we really appreciated. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate, and the breakfast team were just as attentive, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed while we enjoyed fresh pastries and coffee overlooking the sea. Despite being close to town, the atmosphere at the hotel is incredibly peaceful – it feels like a hidden oasis. Every little detail, from the scent of fresh linens to the soft music around the pool, added to the relaxed, luxurious feeling. It’s clear that the entire team truly cares about their guests and takes pride in what they do. Kouros feels more like a home than a hotel, and we’re already dreaming of our next visit. Nothing!

Suites and private pool A lot of steps

Meals are very good. Pool facility is very gorgeous. The trash bin! Since the toilet paper is not supposed to flush and we have to throw the dirty toilet paper, the bin is way too small for 4 people’s stay. Even for 2 people, it is way small.

The staff are very attentive and treat us very well. I would go back a thousand times. The only thing missing is a heated pool hehe, but everything is perfect

Perfect location .. great facilities .. breakfast with champagne ?? .. view is top notch .. room is very clean .. jacuzzi is awesome with view of the ocean .. highly recommended It’s a perfect place to stay

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly and welcoming. If you are considering this hotel, I recommend reviewing what's included in your stay. For our reservation, the list of what's included had minibar. Even then, we were charged per item during checkout for what we consumed from it. We were not informed at check in and during the room walkthrough that the minibar is not included and will be charged for each item consumed. Other than that, everything was fabulous.

Exceptional

The location and the staff

Location. 10’minute walk to town No hot water between 7-10pm daily, They bring 1 bottle of complimentary water daily and stock the mini bar with two tiny bottles of water. They do not refill shower gel or shampoo in the showers. They ring your bell and knock on your door even when the do not disturb sign is up. Staff rude and when you complain they look at you like your crazy and tell you its the first time they had such complaints, even though our friends who were staying with us had the same problems

Everything about this hotel was wonderful from the food, to the pool area, the cleanliness and the great customer service. The concierge team (Ellen / Dora / Kostas / Kyler) was the best and helped us with all our requests! Will definitely recommend to anyone and will visit again sometime soon :) Nothing to say, the hotel was overall amazing.

Location only The staff are not professional, especially the manager

Great location, beautiful infinity pool, amazing restaurant and staff, large rooms, all sea front rooms The female front desk staff especially at check in were horrible and had a giant attitude problem it was not busy. There were only me and one other couple checking in. The guy were extremely nice. The lobby is dated. The space in front of the room was a waste of space and male workers kept going through it to get the to the private pool next to my room. It was a private balcony and I was naked. More than once. When I notified them they just said sorry. It happened more.

Beautiful property, close to town and friendly and professional staff. Lobby needs to be updated.
