From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was simply perfect. A special thank you to Ilyas, the manager who welcomed us at reception. From the very first minute, he made us feel at home. He was always available, incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. His hospitality and genuine care for every guest truly made our stay unforgettable. The entire team deserves recognition. The restaurant staff, kitchen team, bar staff, housekeeping, and everyone else were incredibly friendly, well-trained, and genuinely cared about making every guest feel special. You can tell they take great pride in what they do, and the service is consistently exceptional. The hotel itself is breathtaking. The infinity pool, the panoramic sea views, and the sunsets are beyond words. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and luxurious, and the breakfast was outstanding. Every detail has been carefully thought out to create a relaxing and unforgettable experience. I travel frequently and stay at many luxury hotels around the world, and I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. You will not regret staying here. It’s truly a 10/10, five-star experience. I’ve already found my home whenever I come back to Mykonos. Honestly, there was nothing significant to complain about. If I had to mention one thing, it would only be that the food and drinks are a little expensive, but that’s expected for a luxury hotel in Mykonos, and the quality absolutely justifies the price.

Restaurant and pool area were very good and the hotel views were wonderful. The location was superb and most things were within walking distance.

Amazing hotel. Staff were amazing, everything was clean and fab. Can’t fault anything - Maria you’re an ANGEL! All the staff are amazing but she went totally out her way to help us out whenever she could. Nothing is wrong at all.

Staff and breakfast were very nice. Cave pools are spacious. View over mykonos is beautiful, 10 min walk to the town. View from the cave pools is mostly on a parking and the direct surroundings of the pools are dirty with rubbish. Unfortunately we had a leak in our room so we had to move to a suite without cave pool (which was the reason we went to Tagoo Black)

The property cant be rated as 5 stars Rooms are less than average with no drawers , All drains dont drain properly, hotel policy is 1 bottle of water per stay , light goes through the curtains. Toilet paper and towel handers are broken. Rooms are not sound proof

Me and my husband booked Tagoo Black for our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier with the service, the location and the hotel itself. Marta, Ilias, Mia and all the rest of the staff were so helpful and amazing. We were welcomed and taken care of like family. From restaurant recommendations to helping us rent a car easily and quickly, to helping us with any little question we had. We had an incredible time and truly felt completely at home. We are so happy we found this hotel and met such incredible people here, we will absolutely be back here during our next visit to Mykonos! Can’t wait to visit again. The hotel was incredibly clean, and so beautiful. The decor is modern and classy. I love the black and white decor that’s shown throughout the whole establishment. The food was delicious, as were the drinks! We also had some shisha, and it was really good. It didn’t burn quickly and we would recommend this hotel to anyone who’s looking for a great hotel experience in Mykonos! There was nothing we didn’t like and I mean that. Everything was up to par. We had no complaints

A wonderful hotel for those who love tranquility and contemplation, very close to the city center. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the service and cleanliness are excellent. What added greatly to the beauty and comfort of my stay was the presence of the wonderful and humble manager Ilias, whose service continued even when I was outside the hotel. He made things much easier for me and is available for service 24 hours without delay in response. One of the managers: Ilias, made our experience exceptional at this property! He sat down with me to provide many recommendations for my daughter and I partake in, and helped to answer many questions about the area. He was always responsive via What's App and just provided the best customer service! He even helped to provide transfers for where we needed to go, just over the top customer service! Highly recommend this property, just a short walk to the beautiful Town of Mykonos! Better Quality Wash Towels, and Bigger Towels
