CAVO TAGOO MYKONOS

The property was very nice. Clean and an interesting design. The breakfasts were excellent. I think it would be good for people who have a youthful energy or want to party. It was a bit of a maze if you were further from the lobby/pool area. To get to my room I had to take 3 different elevators. I got lost every time. There was no walkability in the area. They had shuttles to the town but only 7pm to 7am. I didn’t feel like there was much to do. The pool was quite small.

Location I used to come to Mykonos very often but since 9 years never been. During that time Cavoo Tagoo was something else service and view was amazing also it was a cool place but unfortunately right now it is horrible. I stayed there for 5 nights, 6 days for my birthday. I stayed junior suite with jacuzzi. Room was awful so dirty and very old. Even sometimes they clean room during night service before night service they dont come to clean the room. I dont think this hotel can be considered as luxury hotel. Obviously its not luxury. Now its Instagram hyped 3 star hotel. They even dont have tooth paste and brush set they have nothing in the room. Even they forgot to put complimentary water most of the time. Jacuzzi was so noisy so i couldnt sleep at nights which you cannot able to turn it off. Staff was nice and friendly at the breakfast to be honest. Their breakfast was also okey which you can find the same most of the Greece hotels. The customers most of them were all wannabes and trashy. After 6 days today when i was about to check out after breakfast i went to my room to get the luggage which was ready so around 1130 front desk called me and asked me i have to check out right which was so rude as if im not checking out. You could charge me if i dont checkout on time but annoying behaviors are not acceptable for a hotel which calls themselves “Luxury” obviously its not. Also i workout everyday in my routines but unfortunately i couldnt because they have a gym which is not bigger than 20 square-meters and no necessary equipments. They shouldnt say that hotel has a gym. I wont recommend anyone who has high expectations and travels as much as me all around the world. Wont be back again, doesnt worth the money.

The staff we’re very helpful. The view was amazing and the food at the restaurant. Miraki and Zuma was perfect. The only thing I didn’t like that there was no privacy. The staff was entering their room without knocking without permission although we complained about it they repeated it.

Perfect location, great staff It’s pricey. Drinks are $32 each. Seems a bit excessive. There are cruise ships parked in your view everyday

No doubt the best hotel in Mykonos and would love to be back again Loved everything expect in check out the manager wasn’t friendly his uptight while in such hotel he should be more warming as for the rest of the staff are amazing

The breakfast included had many options to choose from and all of the staff were extremely nice.

The views and the room. The service at the front desk was poor. The receptionist Kiriaki was dismissive and rude and needs customer service training. Sophia was nice and the luggage attendants were friendly. But that front desk receptionist is the single reason I will never stay there again.

The room was beautiful with great view. The location is fantastic. The pool was great along with breakfast which is served till noon. The prices by the pool were way too high. Cocktail was 32 euros. The room was missing kettle with tea and there was no milk for coffee in rooms. Unfortunately the plunge pool heater wasn’t working properly so we couldn’t use it one of the nights as it was too cold. The shower gel hasn’t been replaced. We still had wonderful experience but if you’d like to make this luxury stay it needs more attention to detail.
