I LOVE this place... the building is older than the ocean itself. So it has the feel of an older building however THE ROOMS ARE GREAT!! The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean. The location is PERFECT.. rightly between the boardwalk and family kingdom , walking distance for both...I have stayed there MULTIPLE times..Room 310❤️🏖

Place was really falling apart. I guess it was as clean as it could be. Needs torn down. Had a nice view but could hardly see out the window it was so dirty

The room and property are definitely outdated, although I think some fairly minor updates could make a big difference. One of the biggest inconveniences was that there were no accessible electrical outlets beside the bed. I actually had to go out and buy a drop cord just so I could charge my phone near the bed. There was also only one light in the sleeping area, and it was extremely dim, making the room feel even darker at night. The sliding glass door leading to the balcony was also very difficult to open and appeared to be rigged to lock using a metal rod rather than having a properly functioning lock. That definitely needs some attention. The biggest issue for our family, though, was the noise at night. Guests were allowed to party and play very loud music until around midnight. I understand that people are on vacation and want to enjoy themselves, but there should still be reasonable quiet hours so families and other guests can sleep. The noise level that late at night did not go over well with our family and really affected our overall experience. There are definitely some positives here—the staff was friendly and the view was nice—but with better enforcement of quiet hours and a few basic room upgrades and repairs, this property could be much better. The best part of the stay was the nearness to the beach. There were roaches in the bathtub. The floors were covered in sand. When we got to the inn no one was in the office. It was locked up with no employees to be found. A random man noticed me looking in the office and directed me to the hotel next door to get checked in. I went back and looked to see if any instructions had been sent that referred to the hotel next door, there were none. To get any amenities you had to go to the hotel next door. The wifi was iffy. Parking wasn't the best either. The staff in the office of the hotel next door were helpful and friendly.

Location was great! Ceiling leaking in the bathroom and crack at bottom of door. It was also very loud from people in pool and other rooms.

The room was not very clean. Flies were inside the room,the sheets and bed spread did not look or feel clean (I had my own blankets and pillow that I used), appliances were rusty, shower curtain was moldy. Dirty chairs placed outside room with ash trays.

Hotel is the best price for an oceanfront on the Boardwalk. Pool was clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel was dated. Room could have been cleaner.
