Windsurfer Hotel

Very nice stay!!! My entire family enjoyed it. Close enough for a lot of activities.

Room didn’t look how it did online , and I seen roaches. Jet tub didn’t work either

They property is great for a beach view, everything is old though. Mirror rusting can’t even look at yourself. Vents open and falling apart. The spaces underneath the door allows for insects. Shower curtain needs changed. I get everything more traditional but it’s time to replace stuff. I was there for 7 days. No movie channels not even a smart tv so you can stream your own shows. I personally will never stay there again!

When we first arrive, we were put into a room that was filthy. We stayed one night in that room. The next morning, I went down to the office and showed them the room that I had reserved from hotel.com and we were moved to a different room. the second room that we placed in was a lot better it was clean and we enjoyed our stay from until checking out. The parking is terrible. There were no parking spaces we had to park across the street in a not so lighted area. The hotel smelled like marijuana continuous. The view was wonderful however, I would not stay at this hotel again.

The room was very old…not what the pictures are online…but ok cool…the room SMELL!!!! Like poop(I was gagging)the toilet was barely connected to the floor. The room was poorly cleaned. Then it was a confusion with my name to the room…the clerk use a different name to the room so they were saying it was time to check out but the clerk did that which it didn’t make sense cause the clerk asked for my ID. So it wasn’t my mistake nor 3rd party for me booking. Overall I will not choose to stay at this property.

I would not recommend staying here. Floors were greasy, beds smelled, bathroom was constantly flooded. Bathroom sink filled up every time someone else in the other room would flush or use running water. After we came back from the beach, weed smell filled our room from neighbors. Worst place to stay. There were drunks below that were very loud. I have a 2 year old and a 2 month old that could not sleep during the night due to how loud they were. Our bathtub was completely disgusting. I gave my daughter a shower and paint from the tub was all in her hair.

Room was dirty as hell , dam staff was pleasant but lazy as hell. I could have made myself known & got all my money back but that will be my last time staying there

Parking was terrible but the room was overall clean and no bugs. Its outdated and older so if you looking for a newer property this isn't the place for you. There was a stove, full refrigerator, microwave and full coffee pit (not keruig) in the kitchen. We were on the 9th floor ocean view with balcony. Air worked really good. Right on the Grand strand so it's close to all attractions

Do not stay here, our room ceiling was cracking and leaking but they couldn’t move us to another room. After 12 hours of waiting for it to be addressed nothing happened but a towel laid on the ground from where the ceiling water was flooding. We were pretty much told “oh well” and deal with it. Needless to say we found a different hotel after the first day and demanded a full refund

I really enjoyed the view and the room was cleaner than I expected it to be
