Holiday Sands North On the Boardwalk

The staff were all amazing. The hotel had the amenities they advertised. Unfortunately, what I reserved based on the pictures online just was not what I was presented with in person. The hotel is very worn despite pictures to the contrary. The rooms themselves were totally fine and in general the hotel served its purpose, but the presentation in-person vs. Online was very discouraging. The location and ease of access right along the beach was a huge plus to be highlighted.

Disgusting rules, outdated by 50 years broken doors rust on only appliances hallway is disgusting I can go on and on. It’s cheap.

I always stay here friendly staff room clean

The staff was always pleasant and helpful. However, the room needs ALOT of updating and remodeling! Along with that, the kitchenette wasn’t big enough to cook a meal in and there wasn’t enough dishes to even attempt to fix anything to eat! So the pictures and the description in the advertising of the room is very, very misleading! Please don’t try to con people to stay at your property with using false information and pictures of the rooms! I actually deserve a partial refund for the amount of money I had to dpend on eating at restaurants instead of being able to cook and eat in the room! Do better!

When checking in a had to wait about 10 minutes before someone helped me. Than checking into the room it smelled so bad and wasn’t really clean so the man moved us into another room which smelled bad as well and wasn’t up to standard bathroom and kitchen wasn’t that clean sheets had stains on them. So I ended up leaving that hotel to find another one bc it was awful there

biggest catfish. There was no lazy river like advertised and the fridge was so rusty it looked disgusting. The hallways had an odor and gave motel.

It's an old hotel ,needs to be fixed and updated the rooms .the rooms are an nice size and staff was nice.watch out the rooms on picture dont look like the same

There was some kind of construction going on, on a floor above us. We were woke up to banging noises which was really annoying. A heads up would have been nice so we didn’t think people were just banging on the walls. Our outlet be side the bed make a big popping noise and turned black so we couldn’t use it BUT the staff did upgrade our room and made it right! So we greatly appreciate that. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Not the most luxurious lodging on the strip , but a very good cost cutting alternative to the high priced alternatives 😉

Very clean room great view of the beach. Location is awsome for walking the boardwalk and restaurant and businesses. Stayed 5 nights never got in the truck once.

It’s a great location. You’re right there on the beach you walk the boardwalk you feel safe all the time I was traveling alone with my granddaughter and never once did I feel unsafe staff there at the hotel was awesome. Everybody was very helpful and was a great experience.
