parking can be an issue. there are 3 parking lots across the street. hard on seniors having to walk that far. The room was spacious and pools were good.

The ocean view, however, was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. Waking up to that view every day was amazing! The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to answer our questions or help when needed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. With a few updates to the rooms, the hotel could be even better. The beautiful beachfront view and helpful staff definitely made our experience enjoyable.

The property is good and the rooms are spacious. The amenities are ok because I have a fridge (big one) that accommodated all I had to use. We were not told as to how the daily cleaning is taking place. That is, I did not know that I had to request if I want my room to be cleaned on a daily basis. I was fortunate to meet with a lady that does the cleaning of one room and I expected her to come to my room to clean, and she told me that it is by request. And that all the dirty towels and trash, I need to take it out and put by my door for new supply. Someone needs to educate visitors on picking up keys. Other than that, we enjoyed out stay - free internet, AC is good, nice porch.

Close to the beach! Hotel needs some love; very old!

The beach view was nice and the bed was comfortable. Other than that it was very run down. Too much chlorine and many people in the pools to use. Shower didn't drain -- full of sand. Floors were sandy when we got there and hair in the bathroom. Disappointing.

The location is great but our room was pretty dated with a lack of updates over the last 20-30 years. Lots of sand and narrow halls with cleaning staff blocking and keeping linens and cleaning carts in the hallway. TVs are just on WiFi and it times out or drops off consistently so couldn’t even use tv most of the time.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bathroom was small and had some cosmetic damage. Rooms need updated but bed was comfortable and the view of the beach was great.

Holiday sands is the perfect location and space needed for a family beach trip. It’s a little outdated looking but the rooms were clean. The beds were new. The clean towels were never ending. The staff was so sweet and helpful. We were able to check in about 2 hours early which was delightful after a long drive. The pools were clean and not crowded. Parking was close and ample. Beach access was a breeze. We will definitely be back here. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and cleanliness. They do a fantastic job!
