FIFTH AND OCEAN

The room was clean and had everything we needed for the 1 night that we stayed.

The shower space was great and the distance from the beach The beds were on the floor, nothing to keep the floors dry, no soap rack in the showers

Staff was very friendly! We stayed for a week and there was no upkeep of the room, that’s the only reason we knocked off a star! Otherwise great place to stay!

The hotel was only about a block away from the beach not far at all. The showers were nice and newly renovated, which was nice. The rooms were not that clean, the were water spots and damage to the walls, staff was extremely rude and moved slow when asked for assistance. I was charged $100 security deposit that I was not aware about until I reached the hotel, it was not stated online or in the policy I originally signed.

Cleanliness The pool looked like need be clean better but could be the rain

Please consider erecting a privacy wall because the valet guys from surrounding hotels are constantly walking around the pool area to pick up cars and being nosy

The hotel does not look very nice from the outside. The pool is really small and there is really no where to sit near the pool. The rooms were ok but still didn’t feel very clean.

Excellent location. Clean room with comfortable bed. Nothing fancy but great if you want easy access to the beach and the strip.

The bed was soft and close to the ocean The staff was rude from beginning to end! When I checked in the staff continued dusting the floor for several minutes, not addressing me at all. Finally I said I need to check in and she continued mopping while a girl sat behind the counter not helping me. Finally got into room after walking through puddles of water on the second floor. Tv wouldn’t work so had to call to get it working. Employee was quick to respond. I asked for more towels and coffee and was told to bring my towels to the office and she will give me more along with the coffee. I never went down very scary place around the Hotel. I asked the employee who was washing laundry on the 2nd floor where the ice machine was and he just pointed down. He spoke In Broken English, barely, when I asked what him pointing meant. He said something I couldn’t understand and pointed downward again I said is it downstairs and he rudely said yes. So I walking through the water from laundry and found it on the first floor with no help from him. I had to call for a plunger at about 630 am due to the toilet not working and no answer I looked on line and realized they didn’t open till 0800. We had no working toilet for several hours and they never brought one up and we checked out. I don’t advise walking around the parking lot at night due to intoxicated people walking in and out of rooms making a lot of noise all night. The only good things about the stay was the soft bed and air conditioner that is it. Horrible

Very convenient to every thing We killed large roaches. Three of them. The door had cracks on the side where Bugs could come in. Someone said they were water roaches. But i didn’t like it!! And the electricity went out in our room during a storm. But the Air stayed on!! They restored it within an hour. Rooms are small but all we did was sleep there. Was out did most of the day.

I asked one cleaning lady how the cleaning worked, she mentioned it was only upon checkout. Would be helpful if extra trash bags and towels were left in room. Ice machine on bottom floor. Room does exactly what it needs to do, renovated and comfortable bedding. AC was great and although on the strip, I didn’t have an issue sleeping or being kept up because of the sound, initially saw that review about this place but thankfully I didn’t experience that. Hotel had “onsite” parking, so super easy to park and unload. No balcony or laundry onsite. Other people there staying were nice. Close to all the big touristy places, paid a reasonable price, so wasn’t expecting anything too fancy. I would stay here again, preferably a room on the 1st or 2nd floor. Short walk to the beach with Starbucks on other side of street!

El servicio fue bueno el personal bien me quede por 4 dias solo si me gustaría que se icieran la limpieza de las abitaciones diario o mínimo cada tercer dia pero el hotel esta bien. o la televisión nunca la pude ver porque no tenia Internet y las niñas querían ver la tele solo un poco de cuidado en eso pero si volvería a ir a ospedarme hay solo esos pequeños detalles pero de hay en mas todo bien
