Second time staying here this year. My family and I loved it both times. We really enjoy staying here. Would love to give Maria at the Bar and Grill a shout out for the amazing effort and warm welcoming every time my family and I came to the pool.

Location. Waterway views. Screened porch. Exterior is aging. Also needed a good cleaning outside. Buildings had cobwebs and there were animal droppings everywhere.

No elevators for 2nd and 3rd floor units.

Location is great. No elevators for 2nd and 3rd floor units.

On Friday evening, could not utilize club house, someone was having a bridal party. Saturday closed club house at 10pm could not play pool, or use game room.

The check in process was very easy. The rooms was clean and very comfortable.

More apartment style. And it was right by Medieval Times, which is why we were there. Wish I could have requested a first floor room since there was no elevator and am currently in a boot for a foot surgery

I loved the spacious rooms, the full kitchen, the screened in patio, the view of the pond, the family of geese that strolled through the property (just watch your step), the club house with the indoor pool, the outdoor pool. I found out the day I was leaving that Monday-Friday they’ll make you waffles or pancakes at the clubhouse for breakfast. It’s not at the beach but only about 7 minutes away. Very good place for the price. I would stay there again.
