Staybridge Suites Myrtle Beach - West by IHG

Good location, but pricey.

Breakfast was excellent. They also offer wine, beer and snacks during the week; it’s great. Location is great. Overall, we enjoyed and were very happy to have chosen this hotel. We would stay again next time we visit Myrtle beach.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location.

The room was very clean and the air conditioning was excellent the staff was very helpful and very professional. I really didn't get the chance to experience the breakfast bar or the kitchen

Best stay, breakfast was good, I liked the social hour they provided, everything was i wanted do was close by differently will go back in the near future

Our stay was great. The whole property was clean. The staff were nice. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good. The rooms are modern and taken care of. I’ve stayed away from IHG properties because the last one I stayed at was so horrible, but this one gives me faith in them again. This hotel was truly a nice hotel. I would recommend this to anyone traveling near Myrtle Beach.

The room was big enough for our family of 7. The room included dishes in the kitchen. Free washer and dryer in laundry area. Fitness center to work out in while waiting on laundry to get done. Pool with hot tub. Free breakfast, that tasted good and had good variety. The family enjoyed our stay. The room smelled horribly of alcohol, puke and pickles. Housekeeping had not removed trash in the kitchen under the counter and bathrooms. The trash made the room smell horrible. Even after taking the trash out ourselves the room still smelled bad but most of the smell was the trash thankfully. Housekeeping needs a better check list. They were sold out so we couldn't be moved.

Excellent 2 bedroom lay out. Only problem was that the bed mattresses were terribly uncomfortable

I like the free parking and I love the free breakfast. Hotel was very clean except for the laundry room. Water was leaking everywhere. All washing machines were broken, except for one and only two dryers worked. It was really inconvenience to have to keep coming back downstairs because I was in the back of the hotel and I ended up staying a total five nights. Water was leaking everywhere in the laundry room from I guess from broken washes.

The room was perfect! Wish we were staying longer - staff was exceptional! I had an 11 year old, 4 year old and 2 year old and all the staff were friendly! Breakfast was amazing and great options for all of us.

Great suite very clean. Limited parking and noisey

Great location. Very close to everything (short drive). The room had a weird mildew smell, and the bathroom was not cleaned well. One of my towels was left in the closet as if housekeeping missed it from a previous guest's stay.

friendly staff, good location and the amenities. i didn’t like using the white washcloths on my face because of makeup residue leaving noticeable stains, the largo location has black washcloths for makeup users.

Some of the furniture was scuffed up but that's to be expected in a high volume tourist heavy area. Not really even a concern.

I left because it was impossible to sleep they put the ac handler and blower in our room .the only room .they did not gibe me any options ....

This was a fantastic property with very friendly staff. Both the property and the room were kept extremely clean. If I return to Myrtle Beach, I will definitely stay here.
