Nothing. Service was terrible and they didn’t have no ice in the ice machine and plus that runs with Dirty.

The room wasn’t clean

Room looked nothing like the pictures online. Roaches, big roaches in the room. Pull out sofa and Murphy bed were not anything I'd let my children sleep in... Nasty. The staff on the other hand were exceptional.

Front desk staff were rude! Room wasn’t cleaned properly. I had to wipe down the table when I got in because it was dirty. Pools need to be cleaned at the bottom stepped on a lot of rocks etc. good location though so I appreciated that

Property was very nice. Only flaw is that the ice machines didn’t work very well. Over all the stay was great. Will be back again.

Good

will say that were decent, the restaurant/bar staff inside the hotel close to the check in. The pool and all the amenities closed at 5pm. Also, the water slides close at 5pm. They are across the street from the actual hotel, i will say the lazy rivers were decent.pool temp was decent. They never had towels to dry off after getting out the pool. This place is an absolute joke. I would not recommend it to anybody. Not worth the money!! The only good thing I have to say is ocean access wasn't bad!

There is a lot for kids to do with the pools and water slides and the beach access was great. Our balcony view was incredible and parking was great across the road. the restaurants are not open very late,and the mattress was broke down

Exceptional

The executive suite had a great view of the ocean that's what made it an executive suite. The curtains was torn The floor had crack tiles The closet door was broken with nails hanging from it the ac unit was full of bird poop and we asked could they clean up the ac unit. The light in the bathroom was out we had to use the heat lamp in the ceiling for light the bathroom the light got replace on the last day of our visit our stay was from Friday to Wednesday morning. Parking there was nothing said that we had to pay for parking 12 dollars a day.

Property is very run down and needs a lot of maintenance. There pictures are from 20 years ago

Over all very nice... didnt enjoy the log wait for the elevators each time we needed to go places

Good my dears I rate with this score because I had a lot of discomfort since I checked in the receptionist badly faced they offered me breakfast included and they didn’t give it to me take these details into account and I forgot there were cockroaches in my bathtub

The water didn't get hot the room smell like dog and found hair and no blankets and wasn't up to date

Not happy with this place at all. We will not be coming back.

Caus it were near the Boardwalk Caus wat I had booked a 2 night , double rooms with double beds I didnt get caus they say that they didnt has them.
