South Bay INN

thanks for the manager to fix our reservation problem but the pool was closed all week the place has no smoking signs up but when you walked outside all you smelt was pot and cigarette smoke so now i have a sinus infection because i am allergic to that stuff they give you two towels for a week and two washcloths, by the way don't advertise two pools there's only one and it does have an elevator probably won't pick this place to stay at again , it does look as if the manager was trying to clean it up to be better the walls looked fresh painted

Hay es un hotel con muy mal aspecto tiene mucha chiripa no sirve nada d los electrodomésticos q tienen en la habitación huele horrible y la atencion es pésima yo pedí q m devolvieran mi dinero..m engañaron con las fotos d portada xq no tiene nada q ver como es el hotel..

The beach was very close to walk to. The whole entire place. The rooms were filthy, the staff that work there was not in the office when they were needed. Even though they stay at the hotel. The tv didn’t work. There was a nasty odor inside the rooms. The where dog hair everywhere. But they had a sign of no pets allowed. The sheets had not been changed. It was a lot going on outside. It was a little too much for me and my guest that came to have a good time.

Being on the beach and the scenery. The floors were sandy as soon as we stepped in the room. The bathroom sink was stopped up. Not enough towels were provided for 2 guests.

Good location The hotel was run down and dirty. The smell was awful, like cigarette smoke and weed. Our room had so many roaches, MOLD, no towels, no TV remote, the bedspread was covered in stains, the beds themselves were hard. The pillows on the beds had stains all over them too.

The view was nice and the staff was very kind Rooms are dirty, hallways dirty, shower was broken, no hot water, we got stuck in the elevator and that was scary so we used the steps for the rest of our stay

Ocean view I arrived at 5:30 & still had to wait 1 hour for check in. There was no towels, toilet paper, or trash can. It was dirty and looked nothing like the photos. The costumer service was terrible. They were very rude and not understandable.

The worst place I have ever stayed in my life was this hotel. I do not recommend it to anyone. The rooms were dirty, the bed sheets were stained, dirty, and full of holes. Don't waste your money going to this place.
