We never got towels at all staff on night shift wouldn’t make small cars move for the bigger trucks that wouldn’t fit on bottom but woke me up at 630am to make me move from where they told me to park 4 day stay still no towels or rags never got the coffee maker that was suppose to be in the room the first shift lady was really nice someone broke into rooms staff took towels we bout because they never gave us any crazy

Check in was easy & room was clean. Great ocean view balcony. We checked in late and out early so didn’t use the pool. There wasn’t anyone to check us out in the morning so someone from a room next to the front desk came and helped us. (I’m guessing an employee who lives there.)

Showed up 2 hours early to just check in and be able to come back to our room , had to come back 3 times in 3 hours and had to wait another 45 minutes cause the room was still not ready(lady was rude as hell as if she didn’t wanna be there) . The pool never closed which ended up having kids in there all night screaming , the room itself was ok (I’ve seen worse) , the bathroom was horrid , rusted shower head , yellow tub with barley any room , toilet shook around. All in all 2/10 would not recommend ( we stayed 2 nights for 700$ ) will not be returning! (Ps. I never leave reviews EVER so it was bad enough to sit here and type this .

Worst experience at a hotel. First it was the urine scent that hit me the moment I entered the room, which was coming from the beds. Then I went to take a shower and no hot water and the shower curtain was disgusting and dirty from previous guest then the topping on the cake was roaches everywhere in the room. Would never even walk past that place again.

Grade A for centrally located and oceanfront with Great Staff and amenities like very nice pool with clean & well furnished rooms.
