The property needs updating

Hot tub didn’t work. Pool was GREEN and the pool water being so hot, that’s a recipe for bacteria. They charged us for parking, WIFI, and access to the POOL. Yes. The green pool.. with a broken hot tub. The place was very unsafe. Someone’s car window was smashed into while we were staying there and the whole place smelled like marijuana. The roof was falling in as well. One of the guests roof completely caved in during our stay. There were people walking around the parking lot asking for spare change and the staff was very rude when these things were brought up. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The outside of the building is VERY misleading. The room was nice and serviceable for what it's supposed to do. There were a lot of do's and don'ts when it came to the room stay though. Water pressure was pretty weak, but overall I'd say the stay was worth a 3 out of 5.

Great view from the fifth floor balcony

We liked the view of the ocean and the adequate amount of hot water while showering. We liked the fact that the toilet flushed properly, the bathroom sink and shower/bath faucets functioned as they should. We liked having a fridge to keep our drinks in. We liked that the air conditioner kept the room nice and cool. We liked the picture on the wall and the way the accent wall is painted. There was no toilet paper in the room so we had to fetch that. Also, no towels and washcloths so we also had to fetch those. The second night, we went to get fresh towels and washcloths and were told that there were not any washcloths left. Our neighbors were very loud in the hall throughout the first night, waking us up multiple times. The pillows had hair on them. We were charged more than the price listed during booking. The floor in our room was not clean upon arrival. The Bible was moldy! The light fixtures were very rusty. The air conditioning filters were full of dust. The fitted sheet did not fit the mattress. The shower curtain rod is in disrepair. The pools were absolutely gross and we were not able to enjoy them at all. There was a verbal conflict between staff and management that was quite unsettling. The staff is obviously not taken very well care of and that is indicative by their performance.

The hot tub did not work, but we knew that with a possibility went in you get what you pay for the bathroom tiles in the bathroom we’re coming up and the hallways smells really bad. If you’re just looking for a place to stay with no-frills need something quick and cheap. This is your place.

If you need a last minute cheap room. This works. It is on the beach with a balcony. Rooms are not great but spacious. Unfortunately, cheap brings the type of clientele that doesn’t respect the property or anyone else at the property.

The property is older is undergoing renovations… the check in staff was wonderful… it is an older building but the beach was perfect and its oceanfront! You cannot beat oceanfront for the price we paid, although not brand new like some may prefer… we would definitely stay here again!! It was quiet and perfect for us!

the continence of being able to walk to the beach asked for a broom a few times, never received one.

Really enjoyed our stay the staff was really helpful and the room was clean had a very nice oceanfront view I will visit this property again
