    We booked a 2 queen room but what they gave us was a 1 queen bed with a pullout love seat. We didn’t stay there we went to the holiday pavilion down the street. Also the staff was horrible. Don’t waste your time or money with this place

    The parking lot was very filthy. Its not really maintained my ex Mother-in-law got a flat tire in the parking lot. They have lava rocks scatter cigarette butts on the ground.There's no one outside picking up trash. i wish we got a chance to go into the but the indoor pool was freezing cold, like well, water cold, and the hot tub was scalding hot. I did tell someone about it the outside pool was fairly clean, but you could definitely see mold and residue, all the way around on the pool. I wish they would have cleaned it more thoroughly. Instead, just grabbing the debris that was inside the pool .we did enjoy our stay over all. There's just little things that need to be addressed . i spent over 2 grand on this. 2 hotel rooms plus a destination fee plus the resort fee the price was way to high for the room we got. but I can say we do not see any roaches, or bed bugs. but I believe if there are these fees, the property really needs to send out messages to people. And not hide the fees in A P. D. F receipt, because it did not say anywhere when we booked. not everyone has an extra 700ish bucks like that. i hate to leave negative comments like this on a place but They really, really, really need to maintain cleanliness on the property and in the pool Because if they don't keep the pool clean, people can get sick and they won't have business.

    First disappointment....property waa advertised as beach front and was NOT. As soon as we arrived and checked in, staff was rude, like we were inconvenience her to check in. Our room floor was dirty upon arrival. The door to our room didn't fully close. Bathroom didnt seem very clean. Soaps in shower were empty. When we needed towels replenished we got attitude from staff whom really didn't even speak English. The pool was dirty. Algae on the side of the pool walls. My kids didn't wven want to get in. Hotel needs much updating. The internet is very misleading on this place. We would never come back and stay. We definitely wouldn't recommend to friends or family.

    Was placed into the wrong room and given a new one. Our new room wasn't cleaned after the prior client. The bedsheets had paw prints and pee stains. The bathroom was dirty with old towels. When we politely asked for custodial staff, we were met with an attitude and waited 20 minutes outside our room for someone to sassily give us new sheets and ignore the bathroom. No apologies for the icky experience, let alone delaying an already late check-in time. Did its job as a place to stay close to the beach, but it was definitely disappointing.

    Floor were not clean, saw some use tissue under bed and water was leaking in from somewhere and there’s what seem like dog poop and when sweeping the floor there’s lots of dog hair

    The rooms were very clean you could actually smell how clean. The bed was nice and soft. The kitchen had dishes and dish soap and new sponge. Every morning you could see the staff cleaning the pool and lazy river. We enjoyed our stay. We will most definitely be coming back

    That said, the location was convenient. The beach was directly across the street, and the boardwalk was only about a 10-minute drive, which made it easy to explore the area. Overall, it wasn't the worst place I've stayed, but it wasn't the best either. While the location was a plus, I personally would not choose to stay here again.

    My room was oceanfront king suite with kitchenette and 2 queens. Let's start with the hour long check in and 2 separate visits to the office. The kitchen area was not cleaned well. Especially the floor. Walking on it barefoot resulted in dirty feet. The kitchen faucet is in need of replacement. When I turned it on, it sprayed the wall and me with water. The chair on the balcony was so rusted that it "wobbled" when I touched it. So, I traded it for the other chair. The wall above the shower head was unsightly too. The wallpaper is coming off. The LG TV had very limited stations on cable. No streaming services. I couldn't get it to work right with the provided remote so I just left it on one channel. The oceanfront suites building only had an indoor pool. When I went to checkout, from the 4th floor, the elevator was "out of service" at the time. That was rough carrying everything down four flights of stairs (as I traveled solo). I don't think I'll go back. I stayed at a Wyndham at VA Beach earlier in the week, it was night and day different. The Myrtle Beach location is run down compared to the TLC VA Beach is receiving. Sorry Wyndham. The Myrtle Beach location needs some improvement.

    Right there the beachfront ! Lazy river and if bad weather a indoor pool as well as a outdoor pool first time I had been to Myrtle in several years we really enjoyed our stay

    Room was clean, though the floor could’ve been swept better in the corners. Area is a little sketchy and noisier at night. Bed was decently comfortable. Good stay for 1-2 nights.

    Very ghetto. Pictures are deceiving. Arrived late at night and there were multiple hoodrat people blaring music and drinking out of their cars in the parking lot, yelling obscenities to my wife. Made our stay very uncomfortable and very uncomfortable to leave our car unattended overnight in the parking lot.
