My second stay! The staff is always helpful and courteous the oceanfront room was clean with chairs on the balcony that were nice and clean, bathroom overall was clean with walk in shower. Elevators are a little slow but if you get a second floor room you won’t need the elevator. Parking was convenient for a Thursday but when I left on Saturday is was full, but there is additional parking below. Looking forward to staying here again!

The layout of the place. Game room had the kids rooms there and grown ups up stairs . Nothing I didn't like

( which is what I paid for) walking out the door to an abandoned pool with filthy water was the view I got for over 200.00. The elevator is on its last leg, and the bed was lumpy. This is definitely where stragglers live. More like a extended stay for myrtle beach natives. The lobby area will fool you. Please get wheather stripping for the doors, I literally piled everything i could against the door. Never again. First time, last time.

Well, I paid for an upgrade when I got to the hotel because the side view means you’re on the side of the building where you can hang over and see, but you don’t have a balcony of your own. But once I upgraded, they put me on the backside, and the beach view was beautiful. When we got there, we found out that we really didn’t have a view of the beach, even though our booking said that we did so we had to pay for our upgrade which really wasn’t an upgrade except we could see the beach from the balcony. Our room was not clean. We got there after three, which was after checkin time the room was not clean at all. There was grease all over the surfaces smell bad there was mold all in the shower the zip up covers that whenever the mattress was soaked in something that looked like urine, there was also blood on the top blanket. The pillowcases had not been changed. She could tell that they’ve been slept on. Also have black stuff all over them says that they’re supposed to service your room every day, but they did not service our room once the day before we were to check out we didn’t even have toilet paper left. Also, when we complained about the room not being clean, they met us way to our just sitting there waiting on clean stuff for bed the beds because they were busy cleaning another room so that’s what they told us said that they would let the manager know was not offered anything to be taken off the room all in all I could’ve paid 500 for three days at an upscale resort and ended up paying 500 for a rundown hotel the pictures that you see when you look at this place is literally done professionally they must’ve had someone come in and cleaned that room, spotless and took a picture. Also, there was holes all in the blankets. I would suggest not staying here unless you just don’t care at all about your accommodations. The only reason we stayed is because they were pet friendly.there was also roaches in our room

It wasn’t the rooms I booked. I booked rooms ocean front with balcony had side view no balcony, never received refund of money for deposit even though they was sent. How close was to everything

The tv had a lot of channels. It was not what it says it was it was not ocean view . It was not walking distance to anything unless you walk 30+ mins one way. The bed was not comfortable at all. The parking lot wasn’t the greatest set up .
