Quail Inn & Suites

The staff was very helpful that was good, the hotel was run down and people were crazy in there after midnight they were very loud and screaming and cussing even heard a gun shot I don't believe I will ever stay at Myrtle Beach again.

Want a refund, I booked this room for 1 night for my brother and his family to attend my wedding but when they arrived they immediately left due to bugs in room, the water and TV did not work and room smelled like weed. Also unsavory characters around the place.

We had a good time

Nothing Bed was molded and I was not offered a different room as they were booked up for the night. I was offered a full refund and have yet to recieve any of it almost a month later. Don't waste your time.

The place was very dirty pool was disgusting.

Bed wetter 4 out of 7 nights with a free trial upgrade and got my security deposit back in full.

I was not able to access the pool the whole time I was there it was my birthday weekend so it kind of dampened it a little bit I had to switch rooms first room the legs came off the couch the second room didn’t have a shower curtain and I had to pay 100 deposit which Expedia fails to mention at check out the staff was ok and kind of helpful

The pool area was nice Water leaking in bathroom, was it was beachfront but wasn’t, elevators need servicing,

The fridge didn’t work and told front desk. They said they’d send someone the next day and no one showed up. Had to keep everything in freezer as it cooled like a refrigerator. The fridge portion never cooled. Couldn’t keep any food to cook, etc. will not stay here again. Pool was dingy and green. Bed and pillows were comfy and the location was great.

The bed was soft don’t get Me wrong but the elevator didn’t work Friday when we first got there and I had to tote all our luggage up 8th and that was ruff with all our luggage… I really feel like I deserve a free one day stay for the inconvenience cause I paid all that money and couldn’t use the elevator, or the pool

It's a pretty dingy hotel, old and not well maintained. The gentleman at the front desk was nice though

Its an ok hotel

They need to upgrade the breakfast ..alright location. First room A/C went out..moved to another room tolet wouldn't flush..

Manager Matthew customer service is horrible

It was it's close to everything The foldout, had white powder on it Oneside of it was broken missing a leg Table looked like it was chewed on a chunk of it was missing it was hot in the bed room. Someone was beating on our doors in the middle of the night. Called the front desk no follow up. Elevator is sketchy, someone Dinged the door on my car it's not the best place to stay. Paid for a queen bed ended up with a full size bed. Bathroom lights flickered. Just to much to list.

I like everything was close bye The hallway was not clean room didn't have the stove

It was a decent stay. We were just a block away from the beach. We arrived on Thursday evening and left Sunday morning. The pool was decent for the kids especially after sundown. The only drawback was climbing the stairs to the 5th floor. The elevator was so slow, I would beat everyone to the 5th floor every time. I turned that into my workout 14 steps per floor. 👍

I had a scare with the elevator.It had stopped and we sounded the alarm. After that I didn’t get back on. Staff friendly and right across from the beach. Toilet got stopped up twice. They gave me a plugger.
