South Seas Ocean Front

The hotel room smelled. There was no lock on the balcony door. We had no hot water.

I had a mix up with my hotel stay so I had to book this hotel at least I thought was a hotel turns out it’s a motel. We got to the room and the beds weren’t made. The air wasn’t working the bathroom wasn’t clean roaches and the patio couldn’t open it’s a dump. They moved me to another room and it just as worst they called in some people to clean but the lien was still nasty. I ask for at least half my money back but haven’t received it yet. The price was same as my place at the crown reef that hotel. Com messed up.then had oven front couldn’t see because the bushes and don’t even ask about the smell and people live in the place too. The pool not working they need to shut down this place

our first room we had wasn’t clean at all, so they moved us to a ocean front room, you could see the ocean unless you had the doors open because of how dirty the windows were, the washcloths had a unknown substance on them, and the water didn’t work. it wouldn’t be my first choice of stay but if i had nothing other options i would.

The staff was great but the room wasn’t up to par. there was pubic hair in the towels,floors weren’t swept,lights didn’t work neither did the water, the sheets weren’t clean and kitchen sink had earbuds in it. but overall beautiful view and very nice staff.

Bed broke in the middle of the night!! Lol...j7st skeptical and moved on

Upon arrival, the entire room was filled with sand. The bed sheets were covered in sand as was the tables and floor. Location of the place was great and parking was good.

I'm adding to one of many poor reviews for this hotel. I'm not stranger to cheap beachfront hotels, and I don't expect them to be anything like a fancy resort, but I do expect more than what was offered here. The first room we were given had not been cleaned. The second room hadn't been cleaned well. We asked for 3 days before we were finally given fresh sheets and towels. We were told we would be contacted by management, but that never happened. The place was generally run down and the bottom hallway reeks like dog pee. I really cant imagine what could've been considered a positive here. Any hotel would've been better.

The check in process was easy and quick, the lady working the front desk was so nice and let us look at an ocean front room before upgrading (which we did). I've seen lots of comments about cats running around, which they were quite a few outside, but they were timid and didn't come up to us, my daughter tried lol. The first floor of our building smelled awful, I'm thinking there are dogs living inside some of the rooms because I saw a collar and chain laying in the doorway going outside. Our room was pretty clean, it looked a little like the pictures, but it needed updating to match the pictures posted online. The air conditioner's worked good. Our sliding door did not lock, but we were on the 6th floor so we didn't really worry about that. The couch had stains on it, so we didn't sit on it. The bed was pretty comfortable. The refrigerator froze all of our food and drinks (jelly, turkey, cheese), we looked and couldn't find anywhere to turn it down so we just dealt with it, not a big deal. The room did not have a microwave or a hair dryer, I probably cold have asked the front desk for a hair dryer, but we just went and bought one. The property could have been cleaner and it definitely needs a good cleaning and some updates. We did see a pair of panties laying beside the walkway and some trash scattered around. Overall, this wasn't a terrible stay. Would I stay here again? No, but it worked for the few days that we were there.

Location and view Rooms need be updated ceiling peeling and worn cabinet had holes in them door didn shut all the way sofa was old air conditioner didn get cold at all just cool bathroom need to be redone over and better cleaning in the room

Never again. Website showed I was 10 minutes from my party and it was 40 minutes away and I didn’t have a car so I couldn’t stay and they would not refund me when it was the wrong address on their site.

Rooms was clean but could’ve been better, bed frame was broke, floors was slippery. Tv volume wasn’t working properly and AC unit broke our last day there. Shower had hair all over it

Air conditioning is out of date and struggled to cool the room and was very noisy. Was told we had access to a pool and jacuzzis but the jacuzzis were cold and the water jets didn’t work. Also had to eat out the whole stay because the refrigerator didn’t cool so I was unable to store food to eat during our stay. Staff said maintenance would fix the issue multiple times but it was never fixed. When I mentioned my complaints I was told I could have a late check out…. I left early! Highly do not recommend. Also there was lack of parking due to staff storing motorcycles in several parking spaces that were being worked on. Cats everywhere hallways smelled of iron etc.
