Polynesian Beach & Golf Resort

If you plan a trip do not go to this hotel during my stay from 08/20-08/23 I had to change out room because my room was infested with bedbugs I would not have known it was if I didn’t turn my ac off n turn the heat on to take a shower and then I was wondering what had bit me on my arm and face that got swollen so sure they moved me to a new room but that room I saw a roach crawling I would rather deal with a roach than bed bugs they did give me a roll of quarters and they partially refunded me one day because I got moved that really don’t justify that they knew they have bed bugs and have the audacity to put two sheets on the bed

Had a great time. Friendly staff.

Upon arrival, my friend and I were surprised at how clean the room was. Details that were not normal for a 2 star hotel. Parking was okay. The staff was helpful at all times. the balcony was nice and spacious, with a perfect ocean view. Nothing to complain about. I will return.

Pésima la estancia en el hotel, empezando porque las fotos de la propiedad no son nada parecidas a lo que es ! La propiedad sucia , baños machados , olor a humedad, los pasillos del hotel con mal olor, cuando llovía había filtraciones por toda lados, goteras, charcos de agua por todos lados, olor a basura en el estacionamiento ! Pésimo todo!

Muy sucio los pasillos es decir muy falta de higienes y no luces como las fotos que presentan . Los empleados muy complaciente

On the night we checked it everything was fine because it was late so we went to bed however I woke up itchy and seen I got bit by something so I’m thinking it’s a mosquito so next day everything fine until

The only thing good was the location Let’s put it this way you could get a contact high any time you want. No matter if you’re in your room or in the hallway. Paid extra for beach front couldn’t sit on the balcony because of all the water dropping from the balcony above. We were on the 8th floor.

Not clean and the the look really old and tight space

When I went to book this hotel, there was a lot of bad reviews while I’m here to tell you that they’re all wrong. It was a great place to stay close to the beach and places to eat the hotel. Staff was great. I will be back again.

We got down there and looked at the room its nothing like the pictures its run down and very dirty and gross we didnt even stay one night in the place after seeing it

That said, I had a room with "resort view", and first of all what resort?? this place is a dump, and my "view" was the inside pool glass, on the ground floor, in a covered shed like area, so I had to close the courtains and shut the doors otherwise every single person going to and from the pool would have a view of my room's insides! I paid WAY LESS money for one-star motels in the middle of nowhere that were luxury compared to this crap. The room had two doors/entrances, both basically on the street, so given the sketchy people moving around the property all night, it's like double chances to have someone breaking in, being basically three steps away from the main street. To top it all off, I emailed them the day before to ask how early could I check in if there was a room available, since I had a place to be and anything would've been helpful... well, the responded the day of check in, half hour AFTER check in time, stating "you can check in anytime now, as it's past the usual checkin time". no sht sherlock! And the $16+ "resort fee"??? what the heck was that for??? Even the roach that scattered under the bed was questioning that!

The location I didn’t like the 100$ cash I had to give them as a deposit or the fact that if I wanted it back, I had to wait until 9:00 am to checkout because that is when they open the safe! I mean like what if I had a 7:00 am flight??? What I really hated was waking up the last morning covered in bedbug Bites!!!

Les appareils de climatisation font un bruit infernal, particulièrement insupportable la nuit, et il y a zéro insonorisation. La clientèle n'aide pas: pas de respect pour les espaces communs ni des réglementations de vie en hotel… Bon, pour finir sur 1 note positive: le personnel d’accueil est très sympathique et serviable, les lits sont confortables et la location sur la plage excellente. Mais on n’y retournera pas avant qu’il y ait des rénovations importantes (et pas juste des coups de peinture sur le plafond qui s’écaille)… Bref, à éviter.

The building is very scary looking, It needs new paint everywhere. The room smelled funny and the window air conditioning units are rusty and leaking everywhere. The pool was supposed to be open at 9:00 and at 9:15 the maintenance man came to put chemicals in it and still didn't open it till 9:30. The location is great but it is not worth it.
