The Wifi was great. The room was okay but floor was sticky & we stayed for 4 days so the only time the room seen a housekeeper was when I done it myself & I had to ask for towels, trash bags & toilet paper and throw dirty towels and trash outside the room. The pool was locked at certain times but was nasty looking one night. The parking sucked was hardly no parking. The staff was friendly. There were Japanese cockroachs.

The place was nice and had good amenities but the cleaning staff was not very helpful when we needed new towels and didn’t even come by one day to check if we needed anything.

We got room 529 it was very clean when you open the door you right off the rip smelt a strong bleach smell where they was cleaning plenty of clean towels washcloths everything about the room was wonderful except for the AC unit and it was not working as good as it needed to be and we was hoping there would have been another TV in the other room but there was only one TV in the room that had two beds but the other room did not have a TV where the other bed was and when we booked online we was supposed to have a balcony but when we got there they did not give us a room with a balcony but for the price we were not complaining they did not tell us there was an elevator until the night before we left which would have helped us a lot when we first got there instead of walking five flights of stairs with a lot of luggage and children but overall we have no complaints wonderful place very clean

The hallways were in poor condition, with trash cans and mop buckets everywhere due to leaking AC units, which made the environment feel unsafe and unclean. The parking garage was extremely hazardous and honestly felt like a death trap. Customer service was inconsistent. One of the nighttime security guards was very polite and helpful, but the other (a white male with glasses) was rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about the vending machine—he rolled his eyes and seemed irritated. Housekeeping was unacceptable. After giving the housekeeper our dirty towels and washcloths, we never received clean replacements. We were told there were none available, forcing us to purchase our own from Walmart. On the first day, we reported that the sheets and blankets were dirty (stained, ripped, and felt gritty), and although we were told they would be replaced, no one ever followed up—even after leaving a message at the front desk. We again had to go out and buy our own sheets. The only positives about this stay were the outdoor pool and the hotel’s close access to the beach. Unfortunately, those were not enough to make up for the overall stay.

We went to stay here, went to our room and the door would not lock. The place is old outdated and not clean.
-
Didn’t use any amenities because we were there for the beach. Great oceanfront view and balcony

Finding somewhere to park was hard. Front desk did tell us we could park across the street. Hotel needs to work on their parking garage.

Stephen at the front desk was great! Great customer service! The room was ok it was decent.
-
It was right on the beach and did not have bugs. That only plus to this place.
-
The resort needs updated. Everything is old. kitchen furniture, bathroom and bedroom furniture.

This hotel will meet your needs for your stay. It is in the perfect location on the beach and the access could not be easier to walk right out on the sand. It is definitely a dated building and could use some updating, however the room was clean, atmosphere was quiet, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and went out of their way to help. The multiple pools were also well maintained. If you would prefer a more resort style stay or upgraded amenities, this may not be the place for you. However if you’re looking for a clean, safe, meet your needs type place, that is also directly ON THE BEACH, with indoor and outdoor pools in the heart of everything, you won’t be disappointed. Would stay again.

To start off our keys, didn’t even work to our door so we had to have maintenance change out the entire lock. Then to top it off after we got home, we’re unpacking come to find out some of our underwear is missing. Even though it’s was me and my friend in the room the entire time.

The room was disgusting and we cancelled our stay and found a better place to stay. Certainly need a refund from this booking.

The place is a disaster!!! Expedia needs to take this off of their site!!!
-
The pictures on the internet look nothing like the actual room. Must have looked that way long ago. On arrival we had to pay an additional fee because we booked through Expedia $33.34 That was a shock. When we got in the room both beds were leaning and one bed had a broken matrice frame which they fixed but both beds still leaning to the side. Unit has old hardware and antiquated appliances. Would not book again! A relic that needs serious upgrades.

Room had good air conditioning and great hot water.

We arrived here after 9 hours of driving to a disgustingly dirty place that smelled like mold and weed. We were given keys that didn’t even work to the room but after just seeing the main areas we quickly found another place to stay. Believe me when I say it looks better (which isn’t great to begin with) online then what you’re going to arrive to.

The staff members were very disrespectful. They don’t tell you that you need to deposit $100 in CASH for everyone that is under 24 years old. They didn’t have any instructions on how to get to your room. The parking lot was also very hard to get into. If you asked the staff any questions they show attitude and act like they don’t want to respond. Overall the experience staying there was a 0/10. If you’re under the sage of 24 and want to stay at this hotel I would recommend to keep $100 in CASH. They don’t take card!!!

Staff was very friendly and upgraded me instead of making me wait to check in. It is what it is for a budget friendly hotel.
