Coach issues ac issues rude stuff from house keeping side. Front desk and pool bar staff pleasant

The hotel is an older typical beach hotel, definitely not upscale. The door to our room didn’t shut properly, huge gap in the bottom and a screw was poking out, which caused me to actually get stuck in the room! Took a lot of pulling and pushing to get it open. The mattress was very firm and lumpy, new ones are needed. Housekeeping does not come everyday. The room was bigger than expected with a full on kitchen and accessories. The living room area had a Murphy bed, could close a door which made it feel like two separate rooms. Great if you’re traveling with a family. There’s a $250 damage deposit hold on your card. It’s far from the boardwalk, that’s where all the restaurants and fun stuff is. It was quite a distance away, but was walkable (took about 30 minutes one way). There’s a parking garage with a fee. I was in a corner room with a nice view of the beach. Easy access to the beach, made it nice if you need a break from the sun. Never made it to the pool, but it was quite crowded. It’s a pool, nothing fun for the children like the hotel next door. The hotel needs a refresh. I felt safe while there. The staff was friendly. If you’re on a budget, looking for a place to lay your head down at night, this was a good enough hotel.

We loved our stay at Blue Hotel. The pool was wonderful and clean. Our family had an amazing trip. Beachfront condo was beautiful l.

The exterior of this hotel property needs a serious renovation. It’s very old. The elevators and hallways are old and dirty. The furniture in the suite me and my family stayed in was dirty. I was not satisfied nor impressed with my stay here. What I saw in the hotel’s pictures and reviews was not what I experienced in person. I will not be booking a future stay here.

This place I’ll never stay again the employees were incompetent. The amenities were not available or dirty. Asked for an ocean view got a side view room was old and out dated I’ll never waste my money again. The only thing good about this place was the access to the beach

But people don't obey by the rules and still smoke.But overall it was good. The bed is very comfortable and water pressure was great very hot water the way I like it Thanks again God Bless

Even though I was here for a family reunion I didn't get many days of the amenities but the room was beautiful 😍 loved everything in the room. Beach view was excellent!! I will book this hotel again in the near future!😍

Fantastic hotel! Everything you need in your suite and then some! Very clean, friendly, wonderful property right in the beach! Loved it here. Beach was great and so was the pool with the swim up bar! Music was a little too loud (DJ) for our liking, but it was a fun atmosphere! Definitely recommend!

When we arrive, we were offered an ocean front room bottom floor, at first I thought this was going to be a bad idea, then theybsaid id yiu dont like it the next morning we can move you up higher to a room with a kitchen... The room was great, except our patio door was off track ...weather was great, pool was great .

Loved the swim up bar and the location was close to everything! The stairwells smelled like pee. They need to replace carpet or get new flooring.

The building is old and tired. I was gouged extra for “insurance “, non refundable. The front staff were as helpful as bumps on a log. NEVER will stay there again!

No complaints

The amenities were great and the staff were very friendly! However my only complaint is that when I first arrived, I looked over my room and noticed hair everywhere! I even had to throw 2 of my towels to the side because there was someone else’s hair on it! There was hair on my mirror as well. Honestly my only complaint! The pool and Dj were fantastic!

First off the surprise fee for parking was uncalled for, if you pay ove $1000 for a stay parking should be free. The lazy river stayed yellow and dirty all 3 days, the pool was very dirty on the third day. Some outlets in the room didn't work. Only 1 remote for 2 tvs.
