Courtyard by Marriott Myrtle Beach Broadway

It was absolutely ridiculous that this property is charging $10/day to park in their open parking lot. Apparently it is a new system and the staff can't help with it- and it charged me 3 times-necessitating me dealing with contesting through my credit card. Additionally it wanted me to pay again in less than 24 hours. The hotel was not very crowded and even as a Bonvoy member they would not give me a check out later than noon- which prevented my son (who was at a sporting event) from being able to shower before traveling home. It seems extremely unlikely that this hotel is full and they couldn't allow us to check out at 3- which is what I requested. Some of the staff was very friendly, but the front desk in particular was not helpful- and didn't seem to want to be. I would never stay at this property again- but will hesitate about other Marriott Courtyards due to the parking they have in place. Extremely disappointed

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was nice size, clean and plenty of hot water. Will definitely stay there again

First hotel I have stayed at that had plenty of hot water. Clean rooms, with good ac. Staff was very helpful.

The room was clean and nice the staff were very nice and helpful. Also the air conditioner work very well.

The staff was super nice and we couldn’t be more excited about being so close to the Myrtle Beach pelicans baseball stadium. We stay there on a Sunday night and we’re able to walk to the game and back in less than a minute. It was awesome.
