Sun Fun Motel

I’m glad I stayed here. The room was perfect size and kitchen was key for me to to cook meals. Motel location is great, there are several restaurants and stores within walking distance, also walking distance to boardwalk with Ferris wheel and other rides. Beach is less than 5 minute walk. During my stay, Kadejia, Ottevia, and Jordon were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking with them. They gave great advice about places to go and things to do nearby. We talked about other things as well. Staying alone can be lonely so it was nice to have new friends to talk with when they weren’t too busy cleaning and managing the property. If you are a fancy person and only like staying at costly luxurious places, then this motel may not be for you. If you’re staying a long time so you’re on a tighter budget and if you’re not too picky, try it out. Like I mentioned, this isn’t a luxurious motel, the stove has rust marks but cosmetics don’t matter to me so long as it works and it does. Baseboards and bathroom door frame have some cracks, but again, cosmetics doesn’t bother me so it’s not an issue. These are improvements that could be made by a repair person. Kadejia, Ottevia, and Jordon do the best they can to make everything look clean and good. Thank you for my stay. Hope to come back in future.

The beds were nice. Stove was dirty, just tried to boil water for dinner and the alarm kept going off. Walls were also dirty.

when we first got there it was not what we thought it was , Way smaller , broken wooded piece under the sink , water was not hot at all they charged us 40$ for 2 or 3 towels that were so called “stained” when all they needed to be was washed because they we’re on the floor you have a 100$ deposit when you get there and they are taking the 40$ out the deposit overall the staff there are rude they don’t know how to properly communicate as staff .

Wanted to check in early they wanted cash money, I left.

Water did not work at all in our room. Went to front desk to change rooms, nobody was there and called the front desk, no one answered. Location was not very safe and did not have any sort of noise ordinance.

Helpful in every way we needed

It was convent, financially and location. The extra bed was in the kitchen area but wasn’t an inconvenience because we didn’t cook.

This place needs to be condemned, is not safe to stay for anybody. Not sure how it got anything above 1 star. Tried cancelling reservation but they are not agreeing, so beware. Photos online are not what this place is.

The receptionist was very kind and made sure we had the best of everything possible. Whoever is looking for exceptional service must come here. We had to leave Anchor Hotel ( another hotel down the road ) due to severe uncleanness. But Sun fun hotel lived up to our expectations massively. It was SO clean. Shower was really big and clean also. We were not bothered. I didn't like the hot water pressure in the shower. Other than that, I have no other complaints!

Couldn’t sleep in the room first night due to dead water bugs in the room . Got switched to an upstairs room 2 night there .

Rooms were nice and very spacious..The bathrooms were beautiful and clean especially loved the touch de-fog mirror however the water pressure in room 4 was very low and the heat in room 6 did not work but I would definitely book here again and recommend to others as well..I want to Thank all staff for answering every question and the work they put in to making the rooms as beautiful as they are..

The room is gorgeous nice setup. Everything worked except for the shower. The drainage was slow and clogged but everything else was top tier. Would definitely go back

We observed rusty pipes, the A/C wasn't working, administrative staff weren't always in their offices, the TV wasn't working, and there was excessive noise from other people who had also rented rooms on the same floor.
