It was great

Great hotel loved the oceanfront view. Only suggestion if you not going to have a lot of channels available at least get smart tvs so people can stream Netflix, Hulu.

The price was affordable and we got the best bang for our buck. It had an ocean view, parking was included as well as an amazing buffet style breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were also two different pool and hot tub options, we enjoyed our stay.

Great staff. My GPS carried me to a similar address the staff member helped me get to the correct location. When we arrived they were really concern. The welcome we received was like seeing family. Thanks for all you done.

La habitación está ubicada en una zona muy oscura y es.muy pequeña.. Para las.personas que sufren claustrofobia no es recomendable.. Parace.que uno estuviera en una carcel.. La verdad no me sentí a gusto en mi viaje a este hotel..

Only thing i dont like is you have to make your own bed and you have to go down to front desk to exchange your towels they will not bring to room. Thats crazy i paid good money for No housekeeping service. That must be fixed i will not go back until they change that

Do not stay here. The parking is 2 blocks away in a dimly lit garage AND the garage elevator is broken. It is a scary walk at night to and from the garage. The so called lazy river is tiny and is just concrete poured inside to make it seem like a lazy river. The front desk staff are cold and unhelpful. The pool and hot tub were dirty with sand which I could see clearly from my balcony. There is little to do close to the hotel, the area is eerily empty at night leaving a scary tone when walking from that dark garage. Very inconvenient for anyone with mobility issues or if you left something in your car after walking two blocks and making it to a high floor in the “hotel”. They said it’s actually condos which are privately owed, whatever it is, you can find something better and friendlier elsewhere. Myrtle beach is dirty and not friendly. I only saw pigeons on the beach, no seagulls, it is literally in a city, hence the seagulls. I would never recommend this hotel or area to anyone seeking a beachfront vacation.

Very noisy a/c unit. WiFi was totally unusable with no help from staff they said it was provided by the HOA

Had a great few days in our beach side condo. Check in was easy, and the woman at the front desk who checked us in was great! Friendly, informative, and didn’t seem burned out having to repeat the same speech 100 times a day. The room was extremely clean. Probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. There were pots/pans, dinnerware, silverware, and all the other basic supplies you’d need in a kitchen. Our dryer stopped working and maintenance fixed it within the hour. The pools were clean and didn’t have a strong chlorine smell. Beach access was easily accessible and had 2 showers although at times the faucets didn’t work. The parking garage was about a block away but was fast & easy to walk to. The elevator in the parking garage worked 2 nights out of the 4 we stayed. Only small downside were the beds. They are definitely worn down, but not enough to raise too much of a complaint. All in all this hotel was a 10/10. This will be our new regular hotel when we visit Myrtle from now on.

Missy celling, headboard and walls. Insects in bathroom. Breakfast was only for two even I book the place for four, said breakfast is included online and I had to pay for my kids separately.

They don’t offer daily housekeeping.

Front desk employees were friendly, the room was very clean. I didn't have a full view of the beach while lying in bed because of the curtains but it was still good if you lay at the foot of the bed. The a/c was kinda loud. The breakfast was good but not in the same hotel, had to walk across the street and up a little, the parking garage was also not attached to the hotel (a street over). Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

My room was very clean the staff was helpful the beach view was beautiful and the breakfast was. Really good.

Clean room , staff beachfront was awesome. Breakfast was awesome. The only thing was the bed was uncomfortable.
