gorgeous stay, staff was helpful , front desk answered right away when needed. cleaning staff was absolutely very kind and polite. check in was fast and easy a huge shoutout to Keorah who was super helpful explaining everything during the check in process she was absolutely wonderful. family was super please, will be coming back to stay here for future trips!

Was okay

The location of the resort was fantastic. Location, Location, Location is everything. The restaurant next door was excellent. Make a reservation if you decide to go.

Do not recommend. Hard to get help from staff.

The room was horrible smelling like mold the bed felt like cardboard and the refrigerator smell like mold with mold around the rubber inside of it the shower had a ring around it it was just nasty the water park was nice

The food is overpriced for families

My family and I had a good experience at this Hotel. Staff is very polite as well, we had a great time at the pool areas specially in the slide.

The bed was hard as a brick. The bathroom ceiling had mildew on it, and the exhaust fan had an inch of dust on it. There were dead bugs in the light cover. I will NOT be staying there again.

Very nice and clean, specious 3 bedroom hotel, expect time to check in the room wasn’t ready when I arrived and driving for 8 hours with 2 kids wasn’t fun. The receptionist that helped me wasn’t polite, not what I needed after a long drive. After I received a called that the room was ready that receptionist and the receptionist in checking out were nice.

If you're a smoker, DON'T GO! The water pressure was low, our 1st room had a full kitchen, but when I tried turning on the sink, the water barely ran and the toilet didn't want to flush. It had a nice balcony, but even though I'm disabled and brought my own ashtray, they were making me walk from the end of the walkway to the elevator that did NOT like to work down to the end of the walkway to the sidewalk every time I had to smoke, instead of just on the balcony. After some words and a day, they moved us to a room just past the elevator on the 1st floor, so I only had 1/2 the walk, but the room was awful. The balcony was bigger and had a better view. It was right beside a stairway, so we had people walking by all the time, making having the shades open to see the view not an option. This room...the phone didn't work, the charger was terrible, there was no stove, utensils, or any glasses, which didn't seem important, till we found out how expensive everything was. Even though they did move us, it was a smaller room, so there should have been some kind of a discount, but no. AND THE DOOR, it would not open unless forced. Since I could not open it, or smoke on the balcony, we had to leave the door open. Both the drinks and the food were overpriced.

We loved our time here had no complaints

The location was perfect. The resort was perfect for the kids with all the pools, water slide and arcade. The beds in our room were very uncomfortable.

Very good experience, the ocean view is great, I like that they have several swimming pools and hot tubs I have already gone to that hotel 2 times.

Amazing resort, my family had such a fun time specially the kids, so many pools and things to do for fun they couldn’t get enough!

It was clean and right on the beach One bathroom! Sucks

Lots to explore, great beach access and excellent value for the price! Parking could get a little tricky with the traffic from the restaurant and guests sharing spots
