The property was very clean and the staff was extremely pleasant and professional I did not like the checkout time of 10:00AM. I’ve never checked out of a hotel that early before considering the late check in of 4PM

Location Help and delay with deliveries

Nothing we paid for valet parking and had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes just to retrieve our vehicle. The furniture is so old and outdated. We didn’t even sit on it. We bought our own sheets. Valet was terrible. The room looked like something from the 70’s the furniture was old and dirty. We were to scare we might breakout with a rash or something.

The concierge service was the best, check in staff and front desk assistance was great. We were supposed to get room service 3rd day that didn't happen, after calling front desk house keeping shows up day before we checked out, furniture was old and worn, kitchen only had one small pot and fry. They have a miniature golf across the street from the resort but it's only free for stays booked through Hilton all other types of bookings pay.

The room was amazing, super quiet. We had a terrible experience and booked this last minute and will never stay anywhere different! N the pool staff!! Keep your Jamaican queen who was there every night she was lovely!! Give her a raise!! Nothing it was perfect! Aside from the fact we can’t use Hilton points and I didn’t get to try the spa! But for sure next time!
