The room view was not as aspected. The view is actually angle not oceanfront. The room had roaches. The bathroom room needs to be updated. The lightening was not great

Dusty mold on walls and furniture

Room was okay but there Too many dogs for my liking ! Elevators kept getting stuck, keypad door entry was horrible.

Great one day adventure. Room was nice and the view was beautiful. AC had its moment but we got adjusted just right. Inside pool was nice. Hot tub was tiny. Staff was immaculate. Location was nice too.
-
Room was clean though damaged throughout, due to dogs I would assume. Otherwise, view of ocean was nice and staff was friendly!

By far the most unhelpful and rudest staff we have ever seen. They do not smile, say hello, or offer a simple “thank you” in any interactions. It’s as if you are a bother. I also felt there was an inconsistency with the pet fee. When I called to give a heads up about my dog, I was told the pet fee would be a certain amount per day. When I checked in, the fee was much higher with no explanation as to why. For the price they charge, I’d expect a nicer, more up to date resort, both in the room and around the pool area. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Todos los servicios excelentes

Just know. Don’t do it. This place was dirty and they didn’t even have a shower curtain. It was dank unclean musty, and there were hairs all over the bathroom. It’s a biohazard zone. Stay away at all costs. Waiting for my refund.

Everything good

She was zero friendly, professional & tried to give me every single obstacle she could to check in. After 5 hours of waiting with my baby & family in my car, she finally left and the rest of the stuff helped me smoothly. Worst service ever!

Buen hotel acorde a el precio

A terrible hotel. It was very dirty, with lots of mold and condensation on the floor. They market themselves as a non-smoking property, but in reality, everything is permeated with the smell of smoke. The only plus is the beach, though even that is a public one. I strongly advise against staying here; the hotel really ruined my impression of Myrtle Beach. Stick to chain hotels like Marriott or Hilton. Things might not be perfect there either, but at least you won't face such terrible treatment. I paid a premium price—comparable to a high-end Hilton—yet we arrived a day late and still had to pay for the missed night because the hotel refused to make any concessions. This was the first and last time I’ll ever book a non-chain hotel; it is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. We had to buy cleaning products to at least somewhat protect ourselves from the dirt in our room. I am extremely disappointed.

Was surprised how disappointing Myrtle Beach was. It was really sad and disappointing.. will say it’s some funny people watching outside of this particular hotel on top of it
-
Clean room, very comfortable and informative on the email.

Clean room ,great view,we were very impressed and will stay again

Nobody ate at the restaurant. It was empty all the time. Don’t book it if you’re valuing the lazy river. It exist, but it’s indoors, not fancy, and sterile. Parking is across the street. It works. Cable system is poor, but you’re at the beach and if you’re watching TV, you’re just as big of losers as me. If you value easy access to the boardwalk 29th St. is a bit of a hike. If I were traveling with children, it’s a no-brainer, book this hotel.

Elevators were so slow! Took forever to go up or down. Everyone was complaining
-
Not that great. If you don’t book directly through them you get second class treatment. No interest in staying there again, regardless of price.
