Clean room with a gorgeous view of the sunrise if you get the ocean view side.The rooms are extremely spacious and so is the balcony. The pool was warm and also clean as can be even with an entrance to the beach right in front of the pool area absolutely no sand in the area somehow. The jets of the hot tub were powerful and the water was the perfect temperature. The bar had one of the best Bloody Marys I have had in a long time. The location was the best part right near everything if you are able to walk a little. The location and the area felt extremely safe. Finally the staff, out of all the hotels I have stayed at in my life I can personally say they are the Friendliest staff I have ever meet. They gave us free valet parking due to my mother I took on my trip up the coast having a handicap. They were polite and professional, they went above and beyond telling us details of the area and how to reserve rooms for an extended time like snowboarding for months during winter. 100% fantastic and will be back next year and all years to follow!

Very clean , it was the best and the cleanest bed I have slept in ! When I say clean the sheets even on the sleeper looked brand new. I love cleanest ! Parking in the parking deck was the only thing I didn’t like, so later we got ballet parking👍

I have never stayed at a Hilton brand this horrible. It was listed that this hotel had a restaurant on site. Upon check in we were notified that there are no restaurants onsite. We were told that we could order Southern Cuisine from across the street and they would deliver to our room. I had my elderly mom trying to navigate food, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Also, we didn’t have hot water until our last night. I called front desk about water and was told some units don’t have hot water and to turn on water in kitchen and bathroom and allow it to run for 10-15 min. We ended up having to order Uber Eats every day due to not being able to get my mom out for food. After running the water and it still not getting hot, they sent maintenance up only to discover hot water was turned off under kitchen sink. No towels at pool on yesterday hotel stated truck was late. The sad part is we’re Hilton Honors members with almost 200,000 points but it was cheaper with Expedia. After waiting a year to take my mom to beach trip was sadly ruined. This property was more like a Holiday Inn not 4 Star or Hilton Brand.

Great hotel very well kept. Only thing I did not like is the separate parking across from it which is typical for hotels there but not all and the pool area should be much bigger considering the size.

Weather was great! Loved everything!

The only area that could use some improvement is the customer service. Some of the staff did not seem very accommodating, and there were moments when we felt a little uneasy or not as welcomed as we had hoped. A warmer and more welcoming approach toward guests would make the experience even better. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and would still give the hotel 5 stars.

Cabinets in kitchen and bathroom were dirty. Sliding glass door was nearly impossible to open and close.

Exceptional

Parking is HORRIBLE and since we were renters and not owners the treatment was definitely different. I’m a Hilton honors member and I really didn’t appreciate the lack of info and service during my stay.

Love everything staff was excellent. The room was very clean would definitely stay there again.
