The hotel entrance was conveniently located. Staff was excellent I requested a handicap room for the entry and the shower. The sink was leaking on the vanity. I had to place a towel to prevent spilling water onto the floor

Rooms are a little dated.

Dated. Smelled musty. First room Like smoke. Front desk staff assigned wrong room and argued publicly,

Everything was great! And breakfast,was phenominal,and so,easy.

Room was clean, but bathroom still had a more traditional bathtub and shower instead of the step in shower. Bathroom was clean but dated. Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent at Broadway at the Beach-literally on the broadwalk.

Had an amazing time so close to all we were doing and seeing in Myrtle Beach this was my 2nd time staying here and will not be my last

The lights flickered in the room (I let the staff know and they said it was a problem that they're working on and should have it fixed by November). The bed was so uncomfortable. I've stayed at this hotel several times before but this time it felt like I was sleeping on bundles of laundry. Also the air conditioner in our room kept cutting off and I had to get up during the night several times to reset it. I've always loved staying here, but we may look for other places in the future.

Breakfast was great! Staff was on point when needed. Inside pool could’ve been a tad warmer. We did have some issues with the elevator during our stay. But overall the stay was good.

Exceptional

The price was just as high as the suits that I've stayed in beach front. It took us an hour to drive around and find somewhere to park to take the kids to the beach. We should have just stayed beachfront. We didn't because we were hoping it would save us a little money to get a hotel that was back a bit from the beach
