Love the place

They don’t have housekeeping service, they said, only Wednesday changing bedsheets. They provided bedsheet and towel, housekeeping didn’t help to clean the room while stay. Cleaning not good.

Great place to stay, definitely recommend to others! We will absolutely be booking here again.

Price online is diffrent from price i got at the front desk

Pools are nice to where we really didnt have to leave to have fun. we could've stayed in the building all weekend long

Our room was oceanfront with balcony. Liked having two TVs. Cookware and dinnerware provided with kitchenette definitely a plus.

The experience was awful and management did not seem to care or even try to help I come for our anniversary vacation all the time normally stay at another location and I gave you guys the chance and opportunity vs going where I’m always satisfied and the staff go above and beyond

The exterior pool at the Palmetto Tower was a real treat! It was wonderfully warm, especially once the temperatures started to cool off later in the evenings. And our 10th-floor view was simply incredible—we had the best views of the ocean, along with absolutely beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It truly added something special to our family vacation. The one area I would love to see improved is housekeeping. A little more attention to the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the rooms would really elevate the experience. Aside from that, Dunes Village gave our family a wonderful stay filled with great memories, and we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing. It was untidy, the walls were damaged and in need of repair, and the shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom were empty. I requested room service, but no one actually came into the room. They only brought towels and asked me to leave the trash outside the door. And get me bedding to make the beds myself. The water parks are a great idea for families, but they appeared very moldy and are definitely in need of renovation and better maintenance. Overall, my child enjoyed the experience, and the staff were wonderful, but the condition and cleanliness of the room and water park areas need significant improvement.

We arrived to the resort early and were able to be accommodated which I know isnt always the case but while we were waiting for our room to become available we were given access to the pools and amenities which was a win for us.

The hallways often had guest trash sitting out for long periods, and there seemed to be a delay in getting it cleaned up. The hotel itself could use an upgrade, as some areas felt worn and outdated. However, the staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant overall

Everything was great! The only thing was the sofa bed in our room did not work and the pull down bed was not as clean as we would have desired. But, we enjoyed ourselves regardless.
