Grande Beach Resort

Overall the stay was fine. Every person working that I encounter was great! Location was good. The beds, not so much! The kids (ages 4, 13, 15) enjoyed themselves.

It was suprisingly very clean. There was an extra fee so be prepared. Either 250 that you will get back in about 7 days or non refundable 36. Access to the beach was great. Nice size pool. They have an elevator that needs work on. It was broken, they "fixed it" then it was broken again. But everything else was so great it didnt bother us too much.

We checked into our room and the AC was making loud, rattling noises, didn’t work. They said they didn’t have another room available. That was unacceptable and I voiced my concerns. Long story short we were given a different room where the AC was working. Should have done the right thing from the beginning. That unit AC was like that weeks before they just didn’t want to fix it. On top this they only had one elevator working. Overall stay not recommending this place to anyone. You can find a better place to stay.

The view was beautiful. I didn't realize the kitchen did not come equipped. I didn't notice in the description that there wasn't a stove or hotplate. We had bought stuff to make pasta after a long travel day. There is a microwave, but no bowls, no utensils, no plates. I just didn't know, so make sure you get these things if you plan to eat in the room.

Loved my stay in the Penthouse! Just wished the bedrooms had ceiling fans and wished the room had a toaster! But other than that it was the BEST hotel!!!!!!

The property is not clean , the rooms are ok the view is great and the stuff are great

Staff was great but the room wasn’t what the picture showed not unless the pictures were taken when it was built. The counter top where the sink is was dirty, the microwave was filthy and the air conditioner was broke and so loud they had to come and replace it. The door to the balcony kept coming off the track. Was not happy at all! For the price I paid I won’t stay again.

Loved our balcony overlooked the ocean & the pool. The music was amazing. My kids had a blast.

It had everything on site that you needed. If you never wanted to leave the property, you didn’t need to. The room was beautiful and everything I expected. The pool bar was GREAT! The bathroom in the pool bar wasn’t kept up with as it should have been by housekeeping. I wish the room floors would have been cleaned daily or been provided a broom to do it myself.
