Grande Beach Resort

The property was an actual pleasant surprise. The price was absolutely great! But...there were only 2 elevators and 1 of them didnt work. Then there was Delilah. That restaurant is extremely to expensive. There was no room and there were only 2-3 people working at a time. So I waited almost 45 minutes for a regular size coffee that costed me almost $6! Overall I would stay again.

The rooms could be cleaned better. My biggest complaint is there's only 1 elevator in use for the whole building. You spend more time waiting for the elevator then you do in your room.

The area and the view are perfect.

The good: We had a hilarious front desk person. I wish I remembered her name. Our bed was a king size and it was very comfortable. The view from our balcony was great. The AC unit worked well. The bad: The hotel needs minor renovations-more cosmetic upkeep such as wallpaper was coming off. Some of the walls could have been repainted. One of our windows had a crack In it but they had fixed with silicone. (Wasn’t a HUGE crack), the door to the balcony was a pain to shut. The wall unit for AC could have used some cleaning because it was very dirty. There is something on the floor as you walk out to the balcony, it’s to help the door close correctly? I would hit my foot on it Everytime I would go out. THE WORST: The smell of pot. Now, I know this wasn’t fault of the hotel but within 2 minutes of us trying to enjoy the balcony, we would smell pot. It was so strong and it was pretty much constant. We could never find where it was coming from. The hotel pool was a popular place with kids always having a great time.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. MY HUSBAND AND I ENJOYED OUR STAY. OUR ONLY DIS LIKE WAS THE FACT THAT ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WORKED. AND STAIRS HAD TO BE USED. BECAUSE THE ONE ELEVATOR WAS WORKING TOO MUCH AND WAS TAKING TOO LONG. THANKS

I enjoyed the balcony view of the beach and the easy access to the beach. It was helpful that the room was stocked with plates and cups. New dish cleaning supplies were provided. They provided a broom and dustpan which was handy to clean up sand from the beach.The room was clean and comfortable. There were 3 TVs, one for each new space. But only two had cable access. The third could only stream apps from your phone.we had one day that housekeeping didn't come and we're not sure why. But we were able to quickly get assistance from the front desk to get fresh towels. Overall, great stay and value.

Everything was great except one of the elevators kept breaking down

To be honest, when we check in the room was circling beautiful after thatThey don’t have room service and even we trying to ask tuwel they didn’t give it to us. We have to go two 3 times I asked to clean up the room they said we have to pay additional payment and the TV is not working One of the employee told me I have to figure out how to work. This is unacceptable.

The stay started out great until we found a bed bug and left and drove home cutting our trip short we were offered another room but who would want to chance that

I left early because I didn't feel safe. I scanned the room for hidden devices and my meter went off on the tvs, wifi, and air vent. The ceiling in the kitchen area and bathroom was leaking water and the ceilings felt like they would possibly cave in. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, cracks and holes in walls. Definitely not what was advertised and ruined my vacation. Place needs to be inspected ASAP...

The room and hotel as a hole were very clean and spacious and they have a restaurant in the hotel so the was great to and the view I had from my room was amazing The only thing I didn’t like was one of the elevators was messed up so very long waits

The pool was great the bar and bartender I had was great, being right by the beach we amazing life changer Walls already had some scuffs when we got there, so i don’t know if that will be taken out of our deposit hopefully it doesn’t, also the elevators were horrible 1 didn’t work, and the other took forever to arrive when pressed.

The lobby, pool area, and other amenities were clean. However, one of the elevators was broken and had apparently been out of service for weeks, which was inconvenient. The music by the pool was also extremely loud throughout the day until 11pm or so. The hotel appears to be older but has had some minor renovations, but the staff was friendly and the location was convenient. Parking near the hotel filled up at night, although additional parking was available across the street. Overall, it was a decent stay.

There was only one working elevator. The rooms were not cleaned daily. No trash bags in the trash cans and we had to take our own trash out. The sheets could have been changed more often as well as they were not changed at all during our stay.
