My wife and I were looking for a relaxing beachfront vacation. The pictures and description did not match the hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Expedia was amazing in helping us. If you are looming for quiet and relaxing look elsewhere. We were so disappointed and spent 8 hours driving to get here. The area is not family friendly or anywhere I would feel safe after dark.

You are paying for an ocean front property not 5 star accommodations. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, it was roomy, but very basic. We did have some issues with clean bed sheets on the sleeper couch which we had to get changed. The view was good and the pool was ok, water wasn't clear, I didn't use the pool because it didn't look clean. The hotel was a bit noisy, you could feel the doors slam and people running through the hallways. If you use the room for sleeping and showers, it's doable. There were some helpful staff members and some not so helpful.

The unit sleeps 6. With a king bed in the bedroom, a Murphy bed, and a pull out couch. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, a mini dishwasher, and a stove. The cabinets are old, they need to be cleaned. The bathroom is roomy. The tub is big, however there are no grab bars for safety. The air conditioner died on us. We came in after an evening out and it was 75 degrees and the unit was not cooling . It was late we were leaving the next morning. I did call in the morning and inform the front desk of the problem. No apologies were given. Just an offer to send maintenance up. The pool, lazy river and hot tubs were clean. There is a place to wash off sand after beach time. The parking is difficult. Not a lot of spaces on site and will need to park across the street. Beach view is amazing.

Beach view was nice, there was plenty to keep everyone entertianed. The room was clean and everyone we meant was nice and helpful. I would diffently go back.

Friendly staff, its just one of my favorite places to stay.

Room had an immediate old smell. We sparyed ever area smell lighten a little. Could be the ac unit or carpet. Looks like it wasn't cleaned before we checked in. It is outdated and due for upgrades.

Funny, Hotels.com and the Condo failed to mention this at all. That is really pretty stinky! I can (sort of) understand the Condo not wanting to lose a room sale and "forgetting" to mention that "..... the beach is gone." I certainly can't understand why Hotels.com would not mention this. What a great service to your customers by being forthcoming and truthful (well we did not get any warning).

My wife and I couldn’t sleep because the beds were so squeaky. Whenever you move around it would wake each other up. There were two pieces of the metal frame sticky out about 10 inches from the bed frame. My daughter tripped on the metal twice. It was horrible.

The room was an oceanfront 2 queen bed suite. It was beautiful. This resort is geared towards families. The room was awesome! Super clean. It did get a little noisy at times but it's vacation. There is security around and cameras, which made me feel a bit safer as I traveled solo. There was a dj/karaoke at happy hour a few times while I was there. It would've been nice if they hired the DJ for Friday or Saturday night. Prime beach location, great views and clean rooms!

The view from our balcony was beautiful. The suite itself was very nice. The only negatives were that the ceiling light in the bedroom was very dim, and the tub/shower really needed grab bars.

It was clean and well kept. The location was great. It was convenient to a lot of restaurants and other activities. It was a good vacation. My grandson was disappointed. The lazy river was not open the whole time. I know they were trying to get it fixed and things happen. That was the only bad that I experienced. The facility was clean. The staff was friendly.

Room was clean and relatively quiet.

There was construction on beach which made beachfront hard to get to. This was not disclosed when booking along with roaring swimming pool not available to public which was not disclosed.
