Paradise Resort

The property needs some love, it needs some updating. It was fairly clean but i would not go back

My room was like staying in an apartment. It was very clean and the amenities were great. The housekeeper was very friendly and efficient and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The view was absolutely gorgeous and there was shopping nearby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

BOOKED THIS RESORT for my Husband's birthday weekend. Arrived Friday checked out Monday the 17th. At first everything seemed great staff helpful. Room looked great Washer and Dryer is very helpful. STOVE was useful the view is amazing.. but day 2 of my stay housekeeping entered my room after already being served in the morning and did not respect my do not disturb signed and still went in. And the cherry on top was on night number two a roach was spotted coming out of the dresser in living room and another one my husband killed on the curtain that was enough to set me off. I was unable to be comfortable after that. Food at the tiki bar is expensive for a very small portion served. And trash cans around the resort are overly full with flies flying everywhere. I really was happy the entire first day by the second day tho I couldn't help but realize the lack of care in a lot of areas. Definitely wont be my choice again when I return to myrtle.

Great place to stay. Free of bugs. Timely service by staff and knows the area of Myrtle Beach very well.

My stay was good

Economical stay for family of 5. Resort has a great beach front and fantastic views from the balconies. Rooms have a great layout however the units are in dire need of TLC. Fire alarm went off at midnight, had to evacuate the building for 30 minutes, kids were pissed. Overall if you want a beach trip and be near Costco, Paradise works just fine.

The hotel staff was great. Breakfast isn’t included which is a big thing for us, but wasn’t a deal breaker. One of the elevators was broken so it made for very long wait times and forced to use stairs a few times as we needed to go. The hotel itself being a little bit older shows its age well. It was an overall great stay and we will definitely stay here again. No stay will ever be completely flawless anywhere and this place definitely a fun place to stay
