Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort was amazing! The staff greeted us with smiles and were very helpful with answering questions and getting us into our condo. My family and I enjoyed how clean and spacious the condo was. We loved the ocean front balcony coming from the living section and the master king size bedroom.Both of my kids loved staying directly on the ocean and swimming and hanging out on the beach and in the ocean. My youngest child loved all of the swimming pools and the lazy river. We all loved sitting on the balcony while listening to the ocean and eating dinner on the balcony. I encourage anyone to book here. You will love it!

Nice place to stay on the beach. Decent view of the ocean; wish the balcony would've been bigger, but it served the purpose. Staff was very accommodating when we needed towels or anything.

Be aware the amenities are minimal. No USB outlets need to bring your own. Ice only on 3 floors. We only had one working elevator most of the time. Staff were very nice. Their knowledge on using app to get attractions tickets was minimal at best. Very nice location for beach access and their pools were good. Several to choose from including a lazy river.

I didn’t like the shower drain rumbling when we flushed the toilet. Also toilet seat was broken

However, there were major downsides. When I booked, it never mentioned that smoking was absolutely prohibited—even on the balcony. As a smoker, this was a huge letdown. We were forced to go out to the garage just to have a smoke, which I would never have chosen had I known. On top of that, housekeeping was basically nonexistent—we had to call every time we needed supplies or even for trash removal, which was really inconvenient. And outside, there were water bugs, which made the whole stay feel a bit off. If I could’ve gotten a refund, I would have left that same day. In short, while the location and amenities have potential, the lack of transparency and service really overshadowed the positives.

Great location - oceanfront view. Loved our condo and the staff was amazing. Every request was met quickly and competently. No issues. We will return!!!!

Great customer service...we had just left the North Shore Ocean Resort where we walked in out room to find bed bugs..we immediately left and found Atlantic Ocean Resort..they were very accommodating and very clean!

Staff is very rude. My daughter got very sick and we were running a little bit behind and charged me for a full day because of the late checkout by 20 minutes.

The resort is clean but doesn't provide any entertainment, and much of anything. But they will address any maintenance concerns. I would only stay again if I wasn't left with more feasible options.

Very nice property, convenient and clean

This place is amazing we choose this over the closer to us ocean city md, we left early due to a family emergency. Destiny contacted us and understood our situation and ws a huge help. Thank you so much

The unit was clean and smelt sterile. The view from the balcony was amazing and the staff were nice. We had super easy access to the beach and pool all day!
