Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort

The place was amazing and views were gorgeous but not as family friendly with all the other people smoking on their balconies…. We could enjoy opening the glass doors to the ocean as much we like.

Sounded like upstairs was jumping all night long. Couldn't use balcony as someone was smoking that crap and ruined the over all stay of being not able use balcony.

Like the free parking and the pool accessibility. Provide sugar and milk for the coffee in the room

Clean had everything you would need. Fridge actually worked! Bed comfortable.

The hair dryer need to replaced because any of them was working.

The room was nice, but the general area was kind of run down. For example, the washing machine did not consistently work and the dishwasher in the condo seemed broken. Also, our keys wouldn't work in some of the doors from the parking garage. Speaking of the parking garage...it was awful. It was very difficult to get around. It was so crowded and the space to drive was very tight. There were very few handicap parking spaces. That being said, we really loved the maintenance guys. They were so helpful. The check out process was very easy. Some of the people that were staying there seemed kind of shady. I think the people above us were smoking pot on the balcony. I probably wouldn't pick this place again if better options were available, even if I have to spend a bit more money to stay elsewhere.

The cleanliness of the property was magnificent. The only thing I dislike was the gaming room, lost money with air hockey game, no pick available to play with whatsoever. Other than that my grandchildren, wife enjoyed our stay much. It would be great if y'all had a bar in the place.

I repeatedly contacted the staff for assistance and was told that someone would come to the room to address the pest problem and have the room treated. However, no one ever showed up. I also had difficulty reaching anyone when I needed assistance. Because of the conditions, I did not feel comfortable staying in the room. I was afraid to take my clothes out of my suitcase, walk around the room, or even take a shower because I did not want to risk bringing bugs or roaches home with me. I ultimately left before my scheduled checkout date because I refused to continue staying in a room with roaches. I worked hard and spent over $1,000 on this vacation. After traveling for miles and spending my hard-earned money, I expected a clean, safe, and comfortable room. Instead, I was placed in a room with a serious pest problem and received very poor customer service when I reported it. I previously requested a partial refund but never received a response. I am asking that management please reconsider my request and provide an appropriate partial refund based on the condition of the room, the lack of response from staff, and the fact that I had to leave early because the room was unacceptable. I have photographs that document the roaches and the condition of the room and can provide them

We have been here 2 times with our preteen and adult children. It’s a safe clean space and the layout is nice for a family our size.

We really enjoy our stay here excellent view, spacious, well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and check in process was quick. We will most definitely make this our vacation home😊
