Close to beach, close to everything. Loved it I asked for no housekeeping and they came in anyway.

More than one pool/lazy river. I also liked that you can park and walk straight to your room Wasn’t really a lot of “room” in the room. Just a walk way with beds. The cafe doesn’t stay open past 9pm

I called the front desk, and I have to say that they were very responsive. They sent a lady to clean the area, and she did a very thorough deep cleaning. Unfortunately, the smell continued, and even the drinks we kept inside the refrigerator started to smell bad. The next day, I contacted the front desk again. Maintenance came and sprayed something, but unfortunately, it made the smell even worse. The following day, they finally replaced the refrigerator. However, two days later, the bad smell returned. We also noticed dirty water coming from underneath the refrigerator and onto the floor. We weren’t sure where it was coming from, but it was very concerning. To make matters worse, we also spotted a couple of cockroaches in the room. On the third day, we asked if we could be moved to another room, but unfortunately, we were told that the hotel was fully booked. We stayed for a total of 8 days, and despite the staff making several attempts to resolve the problem, the issues continued throughout our stay. Between the persistent bad smell, dirty water, and seeing cockroaches, we were very uncomfortable. For that reason, unfortunately, we don’t think we will return to this hotel. I do want to recognize that the front desk staff and the cleaning lady were helpful and made an effort to address our concerns. However, the overall

Michael at check in was professional and kind. Was having a bad day but appreciated his friendliness and helpfulness. The room was nice and the view was great. Didn’t get a chance to use the facilities but overall my stay was pleasant and I’d return.

The garage is at property and steps away from the room The microwave is missing and they do not have a spare. The staff offer to heat up the food at the front desk.

It was amazing, peaceful, and being able to just walk to the beach, outdoor pool, indoor pool, & rooftop pool is the best part. Can’t think of anything I didn’t like about staying here to be honest. If I’m being nit-picky though, the shower water pressure is not the greatest. I’ve messed with the shower head and even the strongest strength is pretty bad. I doubt they’re able to fix that but it’d be something to consider if anyone reading this is able to improve that somehow!

The location and accessibility to everything.

Well the property was very good the pool and the fact that is close to the beach help but the place need to be cleaned and redone it looks old and dirty most of the vending machines were broken or malfunctioning they kept 12 dollars from my son overall I give one start

Clean room Location is good an staff really nice They room needed more ventilation No fan I did ask for a fan an they sent a box fan which helped some just felt like ac should be bigger.

Great place right on the ocean. Nice big rooms. No parking problems. Food on the premises was good. Plenty of pools.

I’m liked all the pools and hot tubs and the restaurant and activities. There was no microwave to heat up leftovers in. There was also no table and chair to sit in to eat your food if you wanted to eat in your room. Ee had to literally eat on top of our bed. I was not happy about the room. The beds were clean but not very comfortable.

Beach view is awesome. Clean rooms/ clean well groomed kitchen area and bathroom. The staff was great and very accommodating.
