Amenities Could use updating in halls, bag of linens and random toys left beside my door the entire time I was there.

Inconsiderate next-door guests did laundry 3:00–7:15 am with metal items banging. Rude hotel staff dismissed my complaint. I was charged resort fees twice, my invoice had the wrong unit number, and I was told they couldn't email a new one!

I liked how close it was to the beach and everything else, the whole place was awesome, so convenient, the lazy river and pool, and the room was perfect I liked everything

Poor check in policy. Late turning over the room. Dirty laundry in the hallways. Not an enjoyable stay.

There was lots for the family to do onsite. The property treated booking,com guests at checkin different, I did not get access to my bills onto 6:30pm, checkin was supposed to be 4pm. I asked to speak to a manager and nobody was available or willing to talk to me about it because so booked through a 3rd party. I had access to the activities onsite. It’s just hard with water and kids when you have no room.

Loved the multiple pool options, shuttle to the beach, beach house, and kindness of staff Our elevator was broken most of our trip and there were some pungent smells in places.

This hotel is great! Water park, lazy river, and pool were a plus! Very convenient location. Loved it!

Our whole family had a wonderful experience at this facility. Staff very helpful, activities were a welcome addition and close to beach. Especially liked the idea of a beach shuttle, helped us older folks
