Excelent place to stay

Great service by front desk staff- Candy D- arranged us for an earlier check in! Loved the water slides, pools, our suite, pool bar, lobby bar, and Ocean Blue restaurant! Elevators need repair- but that is the only negative. Great location and great stay!!

Excellent Houskeeping!!!

I stayed for 5 nights with my family. Firstly, at 3:00 am my boys had to kill a roach!!! The bathroom was dirty with hair all over. The tub did not drain while taking a shower. Maintenance arrived and fixed that problem. Dead gnats on the sinks. Elevators and halls were disgustingly dirty. Elevators were broken or not in service half of the trip. Unable to use stairs due to last floor door was locked. Staff asked to deep clean the room in which I decline. Neighbors kids screaming to the top of their lungs at 1:00 am. They found us a connecting room and that bathroom was dirty as well. The bathroom had hair in the tubs and toilet. Urine all around the base of the toilet. Never cleaned. Stains on bed sheets. On Day 3 my boys AC was broken. Maintenance called 3 times and said they were unable to fix it. Extremely hot room!! Kept the connecting door opened to allow my AC to cool their room. My pup was only allowed to stay inside the room. pools were great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Sarah was absolutely great and accommodating. My fees and and other expenses were waived due to all of the issues. I have never had this many issues with a hotel. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. We made the best out of it.

The location and amenities were nice. The room was fairly clean but in poor working order. The toilet didn’t flush properly so we have to manually flush it in the tank. Also the refrigerator didn’t work and neither did any of the outlets in the bathroom. The ledge in front of our balcony had old wet clothes and trash all over it.

Exceptional

The hotel was actually 2 hotels run by the Hilton chain that shared one restaurant and the same lobby fro registration. They shared 8 pools as they said but 2 of them were very small indoor pools and oe small lazy river. The adult pool had a bar in the actual fenced in are however there were no listed hours of operation so they opened as they wanted. The outside furniture was in need of replacement as most of it was broken and not maintained. As a Hilton hotel I had expected a much better facility and at this point in time I will never consider staying at another Hilton hotel.

Upon entering the resort it was beautifully kept and everyone was very friendly. The hotel room its self was cleaned and attended to properly but the outdoor pools were DISGUSTING. I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days and the outdoor pool with the colorful slides was NEVER cleaned. The life guards are only there to watch over the slides not the pool and they sit around all day watching the slides. Which is odd, people dont drown on slides. They don't pick up trash or clean the pool. It was very close to the beach so I do love that. Overall would rate the stay 6/10. Wouldn't come back but it wasn't terrible.

Mold in the room, supervisors, very rude

We liked the water slide and how close the beach was but the hotel was not the best and felt outdated. The walls were paper thin, the balcony door was broken, the ac unit was very loud, etc.

Went with my family and we loved it , will do it again in the same hotel

I was good and clean room

My kids enjoyed the slides and pools, they were very clean. Towels were always available. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. Our balcony was huge but not all were like that. HOUSE KEEPING!! This was huge relief, having someone sweep up the sand daily. It would be nice if I broom was available in the room though. I love the location, it’s not over packed. The crow that hangs out at Ocean Blue (: Double tree had a roach floating in the pool & one on the concrete. Gate to pool didn’t work. For the Ellie the splash pad didn’t work for 5 days we were there and that’s one of the reasons we booked since we have a 3 year old. Would be nice to have a door dash area because the delivery drivers had a hard time finding the Ellie. We got the breakfast included and didn’t realize that the buffet was the same foods EVERY DAY. I didn’t like the menu options. Bathroom doors need a lock. My kids kept making their way in while I was inside. The put put golf needs some major upgrades.

Good

The whole staff was welcoming and helpful. It was the greatest experience. Excellent customer service is a rarity, and they have it down to an artform. The waterslide is a big plus too. Rooms were perfect.

Poor

I loved the location a little distance from town but close enough. Don’t let the airport scare you as planes fly directly over, but, there isn’t a lot of plane traffic. It was clean, staff was helpful, pools were nice, enjoyed the fitness room! And the pier! All around good stay!
