Very nice clean and quiet beautiful view hot tub was hot every time staff was friendly and helpful

The night security officer was extremely nice and helpful. The lazy river has no tubes to float on so if you don’t bring your own, you’re out of luck. The air in the room sucks! The water is either hot as hell or cold. So you must adjust temp for older people or children or they will get scalded. When you reserve a room for 6 people, you should have towels for 6…we only had 3. Are we supposed to share?? The view is amazing and beach access is perfect. Parking is limited unless you don’t care to walk by yourself at night from behind a not so well lit parking garage. We did have to drive to everything as I expected I would. That’s fine, but I would not have felt safe to walk anywhere with my elderly mom and the three young girls that we had with us. All women on this trip. For 1100 for only 4 nights, this hotel should upgrade quite a bit. I wish I had spent 500 more for something nicer and on north Myrtle. Since I had only been there once before, I really didn’t know the difference in north and south Myrtle. I do now!!

Place is dirty and gross they should not charge what they do to stay there! If you’re okay with a motel 6 then it’s a place for you!

The property is well located, beach access was optimal and lots of restaurants close by. The hotel is older and it shows but the staff are very helpful & plesant

Old hotel needs upgrading but otherwise pretty good- we stayed for a week on 4th floor no bugs, room was old but clean ,they came promptly every day providing towels and getting trash ,friendly staff , right on the beach , pools were good indoor and outdoor well maintained , they mopped cleaned everyday elevators and main lobby area , nice little restaurant within hotel -we had a great time and would stay again

Everything was perfect

The hotel was very clean a little outdated but the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Overall would book this hotel again

This is agreat place to stay for those on a budget. Very clean and well maintained, if they updated the place it would be even more spectacular
-
Roach motel and no customer service.

Overall, my experience was nice. The hotel carpets could use a deep cleaning and the appliances and furniture did work, they need to be updated very soon. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The staff was helpful. Pool was easily accessible. Carpet in the room was dirty, but seemed very old. Wifi only worked in half of the room, which made it hard for the smart tv in the room to stay working.

It was disgusting. My room didn’t lock from the hallway side so it was unsecured anytime I wanted to step out. Used q-tips on the hallway floor, hair in the shower, trash in the lobby and elevators. The guy at check in was inappropriate and creepy. My “ocean view” room was actually the parking garage next door, and the balcony was directly above the dumpsters and smoking area of the pool.

Pictures do not match, the hotel was dirty and the beds were terrible

The room I stayed in was advertised as two queens but I'm pretty certain they are fulls. One of the beds was either severely worn out or broken. If you sat on the end of it you would nearly fall off. It was like laying on a trampoline. No one explained where to find all of the water amenities (lazy river/splash deck is next door to the building you check in at for anyone who wants to know). The first set of towels we had for the stay smelled HEAVILY of cigarette smoke. Not sure what happened there if the last guest smoked in the bathroom or if they weren't washed properly or if someone smokes in the laundry room. The next two sets of towels didn't smell like smoke but they didn't smell fresh either. For the two queen efficiency that sleeps 4 you will receive two very small mini bars of soap and that's it for toiletries. You will need to bring your own dish soap. The room itself seemed relatively clean just dated. Our shower had a serious problem where it leaked a jet of water from the handle. Our kitchen/entry way light worked sporadically. The pools next door had trash in and around them and needed to cleaned for the leaves in them. The lazy river had 3 tubes available of which 2 needed to be reinflated. Th It is on the beach and a place to stay. I bought an extra night to enjoy the beach more but not sure I would stay here again.

Would go back, perfect for family

The room was old but clean. The hallways were dirty. One of the pools had so much grease floating in the water we didn't get in it. Bring your own float for the lazy river. They had 3 and they were always taken. The view was amazing. We were right on the beach. The refrigerator in the room was bigger than expected. The other pools and hot tubs are nice. Everything is right there together. We have stayed at alot of hotels at this beach and we would stay here again.

Best part was j mikes flavorstation. I recommend bringing better pillows, bigger towels, and shower stuff.

If you’re looking for somewhere to lay your head at the end of the day for cheap this is the place. Rooms are old and outdated, stains on the carpet, paint chipping off the ceiling, rust all over the sink and shower. I got a room with a sofa bed and when I pulled the bed from the couch there was rust on the sheets that were on the sofa couch. Get what you pay for I guess.

Good for the price
