Location The room was dirty, didn't like that there was smoking allowed on the pool deck,. Hallways smelled dirty. Staff was vaping and smoking while on duty

This rooms in the property are worn down, old dirty furniture & room smelled like cigarettes. The rooms were nasty looking & smelled.

Been coming for years. The family comes at least every other year. Great location. Right on the beach and has everything you could ask for without ever leaving. Breakfast buffet, indoor and outdoor pool. Lazy river and hot tubs. Outdoor and indoor bar. Plus live music every day. Might be a bit older than some of the other resorts but will always be my go to.

Location excellent Nothing

We loved the location Not the cleanest. We had to get a different room after check in. The first room was not at all clean, especially the bathroom. The hallways were not clean.

You never have to lose a hotel. Everything's there restaurant Bar Beach so on.

The stay the atmosphere and the Waterpark tickets. Room that I received the ac unit didn't work. Then it started sparking and making loud popping noises with the sparks. Then I stood at the lobby for most of my first stay to wait to be found another room. I visit and stay here more than 5 times a year and this time was not good. I wasted my first day waiting for a room.

It was ok just didn’t realize how far it was from the sky wheel and all that I like it didn’t have the pools in door and out door most staff was great The beds are awful and didn’t get the room we needed it was supposed to be 2 queen and a sofa and twin size bed but we got 2 fulls and pull out for 5 ppl and 3 of us 6ft tall the free burgers bucks stuff don’t waste your time lol food wasn’t great and we wasn’t impressed spend all that money and they can’t even provide the broom or paper towels for the kitchen 3 bath towels for 5 ppl lol

Very close to beach. Had everything you needed right on premises. Couple restaurants, 2 bars, indoor pool with jacuzzi’s. Outdoor pool with lazy river. Live bands. Really enjoyed stay. Older complex but for the price it was well worth it. Was a very clean facility. The parking garage was small but at the beach you kind of expect that.

Only good thing about this location is that it’s right in the beach so you can simply go and come back to the beach at any time. It’s not what you see in the pictures online. Expect way worse. The furniture in the room is so old and stained. Bed is not a real bed, it’s a spring so when you move, bed moves with you. Could not sleep all night. Kitchen is so old and dishwasher was broken. There was no cleaning simply so had to buy literally everything’. Also take plates with you because what they have is salad plate, not dinner plate. Very few silverwares so take the whole damn kitchen with you if you have big family. Hate this place. Will never go back
