We had to change rooms due to the first one being unclean. One of the pools were falling apart. Broken pieces in the bottom of the pool. The second room had a great view. Loved it was right on the ocean. Kids had a great time.

The condo is big and specious. I liked that we had everything we needed

It was an amazing stay. I have stayed here for the last 4 years when we vacation.

Phenomenal well kept property with great amenities
-
Place was nice, good amenities, close to the beach, will definitely come back

Our room was very old and outdated with nasty carpet. The tvs didn’t work the first night so they had to bring one for our room. The bed was horrible. I would have done better sleeping on the couch. So much for relaxation

The rooms need to be sanitized. I was bitten by bed bugs. I wouldn’t recommend no one to stay. I try to contact the hotel to inform them about it they place me on hold and never came back to the phone. I went back there to see can I talk to a manager and they told me they would inspect the room for it bed bugs. Horrible place to stay.

The pool had so many people in it at all times and you could see floating sunblock and stuff in the water, it just grossed me out. Also people waited in line at 8am to take up all the pool chairs and then you couldn’t get one all day. Additionally be aware there is a $20 per night charge for parking that may have been listed but I didn’t see until I got the bill. Otherwise good enough place to stay. Advertised as beach front, but this is a huge place with different hotels and condos, and the condos are no where near the beach. Condo was clean though and pools were nice if you didn’t care about how much stuff was in the water

Hidden fees with the property i booked! I booked the Kingston plantation for 2 days and 2 nights. At the time of check in..i was asked to pay 67$ per night and 20$ parking for resort fees..EXPEDIA didint not make that clear when i process the booking through them(expedia). Be aware of fees not noticed. I pretty sure this has happen to others with bookings. BE AWARE!

The listing was also misleading. It was advertised as a condo at a resort, but it was really a hotel room. The pictures were somewhat misleading as well, and the amenities had limited hours despite the $46 fee. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. We were given the network SpectrumSetup-22 and password smileygate270, but we couldn’t connect even after confirming the information with the front desk. On the positive side, most of the staff were very friendly, and our room was clean. Overall, the clean room and nice staff were positives, and being by the beach walking distance was definitely a positive and worth it, but the unexpected fees, misleading listing, limited amenity hours, and Wi-Fi issues made the stay disappointing. I would recommend checking the full cost and fees carefully before booking.

I loved our room and the property i didn’t like the additional charges for parking it was 60$ a day just to park on top of the Resort fee so i paid an additional 300+ dollars just for parking and fees. That aside it was a great place pictures on website are very precise in comparison to actual property. I would definitely recommend and also will be going back
