Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort

The hotel was very nice. It wasn’t too crowded and it gives vibes like you are on a resort out of the country. It feels like you’re somewhere tropical.

The breakfast buffet (included!) was phenomenal. All hotel personnel were wonderful. Our one issue was the extremely warm temperature of the main pool! Overall this trip renewed my faith in WORLD PEACE. So culturally diverse from guests to employees and all people we met. Thank you, we hope to return next year!

Great resort and amenities but the rooms need an update and ours was not clean. Pool area was nice and breakfast was good. Probably won’t come back until rooms are updated but we did enjoy our stay.

Amazing room nice staff and as a diamond member I was able to check in a lil early!! Kids love the water park area and the big pools are also very nice. Black drum brewery is amazing great food and great drinks. Thank you for an amazing stay and many priceless memories!!!!

Room was freezing 66F unable to increase temp. View was amazing but 5th floor room balcony outside machine noise almost drowned out ocean. Breakfast buffet was really poor quality. Facilities worn out. But the view was a joy!

Hotel was really nice but people were lined up to save pool chairs 1 hour before they even opened which was annoying. Cabanas were 250 and they weren’t willing to give us a deal if we bought more than 1 day so we never used it. Not enough umbrellas for the pool area. Breakfast was good and they had some gluten free things which was nice. They have 2 free drinks in the evening but very limited to what to get- not complaining though free is free

Resort fees of $40 daily and $20 parking daily that I was not informed about that they took a $700 deposit and we stayed for 10 days and I was never informed about the extras from Expedia

The hotel will not answer the phone. They overcharged me $100 and they will not respond. All we get is an answering machine and get passed around from personal person with no one with an answer and his poor customer service.

This hotel has gone down hill. Rooms were dirty, pools were dirty, food not very good. I don’t plan on returning.

We had to wait over an hour and a half for check in (when check in was at 4:00pm). We were told it would not be much of a wait. We had traveled most of the day and wanted to take advantage of the amenities but were afraid we would miss the call. We just barely made it to the happy hour (free drinks). I’m sure they were short staffed but at letting me know ahead of time that the room wasn’t ready would have been nice. We flew in from Ohio so we had our luggage to bring everywhere with us until after 5:30pm.
