Amazing hotel and excellent value for money! Our 20th-floor view was a massive plus. The breakfast is an absolute differentiator here—huge respect to the team making live omelets for hundreds of guests every morning. Plus, the new water theme amenities are fantastic for both kids and adults. Highly recommend!

Great place for kids

Not a fan of this hotel. I think it’s really pricey to stay here and there’s a lot of hidden fees and honestly, I just think that there’s a lot better hotels in the area. They’re gonna put a $300 hold on your card when you get there (which isn’t abnormal. This happens at every hotel) but then you also try to charge you $160 because you have to pay to park on site which is around $60 a night. Mind you I’m lucky that my parents live across the street and I was able to park at their residence because there is no free parking anywhere around. Personally, I think for $400 a night you should be able to park there for free and pay to valet if you want to use that service. The valet did not come with the $60 a night for parking. There were a lot of stains on the floor. The balcony door didn’t lock and kept sliding open, which wouldn’t necessarily be an issue, since we don’t have kids, but I could see it being a problem if you have small children and you’re trying to keep them safe and the smell of weed kept blowing in at all hours of the day. We didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner in our room.(the bottles were empty.) I called down to housekeeping, and no one answered. I finally ran into a housekeeper in the hallway and they were not friendly. Overall we just weren’t happy with the experience.

The staff was very friendly and food was great at the hotel. The room was clean beach view was outstanding we will be back

2nd visit, great

Perfect stay to wake up to the beach view. Inside dining area is very nice with that same great beach view. Quick access to neighboring Currents waterpark is perfect for families with children or relaxation for anyone. Black Drum restaraunt being right next door is also very convenient and great for food or enjoying a drink.

Slow check in process. Arrived at 3:45 p.m and room was not ready, had to wait till 6 p.m to get a room

Our stay was great and we utilized lots of the wonderful on site amenities. Our only complaints were that the hotel info section said there was a lazy river, and looking at google earth it shows that there was one in the past, but it has been removed with the new water park layout. We were greatly looking forward to the lazy river so that was disappointing! That, and we were staying on the 5th floor and the air conditioners were so loud we couldn’t hear the ocean at all from the balcony. Minor issues that we wanted to pass along for future travelers as they plan their trip.

Amazon property. Was not made aware of the large payment for resort fees and parking. The only other issue was the elevator timing. Great hotel.

We loved this vacation. The proximity to the beach was amazing.

The pools and waterslides were great for the kids! The evening drinks and snacks were perfect! The location of the pier is cool. Access to the beach is good. The rooms are nice. We wish there was a lazy river on-site.

Great for families with children, my grandchildren loved it.

First off when we got there we got there with the impression that we have rented one particular room which was facing the beach when I went to the front desk the person said we have this room or we have their room you only have two choices and that's how we have seven of all the carpets are dirty third of all the rooms are idated and are small for us to be paid $1,000 for two days it's not worth it . The only thing display has going on is the pools and the slides and the beach that's the only thing that this place has going on other than that save your money

Pero resulta que al final de mi estadía me hicieron muchos mas cargos por lo cual termine pagando mas de lo esperado Si vas a cobrar mas cargos deberian de explicarlo en la información del hotel para que las personas sepan lo que van a pagar y no intentar estafazar a las personas con cargos ocultos No me molesto pagar todos los cargos adicionales que me impuso el hotel Lo único que me molesto es la mentira con la cual ellos intentan disfrazar los cargos adicionales Para mi al ser una compañía grande deberían ser mas sinceros y profesionales con sus clientes y no intentar engañarlos solo para optener un par de dolares extra

We had a great stay. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Good service. I only feel that the hotel rooms and hallways could have been cleaned better. I cringe when I see dirt on baseboards and this was seen everywhere. I let that go and really enjoyed myself. Beautiful hotel and activities. Everyone seemed very happy and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. Have recommended this place to several friends already.

We loved the pool and the shuttle service!

Great location. Everything we needed was right there. We loved it.

Excellent resort all around.

Everything was great! Property showed its age but wasn't that big of a deal. Our family had a great time and enjoyed the pool immensely. Only problem was having 3 young kids the water slides looked awesome but none of my kids were tall enough to ride a single one. We booked solely because of the slides but in the end we still ended up having a great time.
