This resort property website is very misrepresented. There weren’t amenities characterized properly and it was smelly and dirty. The room itself was significantly small…didn’t look at all like the pictures portray. We were VERY disappointed and will not be staying there again.
-
Room was outdated. It was not what the pictures were online and for the kind of money we paid it was horrible.

Love the security of the resort.Love the oceanfront view.

Not sure if the rooms on the site was for the south building. Furniture, bathroom and appliances need to be updated. Very outdated compared to what was advertised on the website. White fridge and stove but the website shows stainless steel. The balcony was stained (door frame and the porch itself). Room had an old smell. The property was ok had all the amenities that were advertised. Would have been nice to eat dinner at the restaurant there. Probably would not choose to stay at resort again.

Our room/condo was clean but the patio/balcony was growing black mold in one of the corners.

The amenities were good but the rooms were dirty and disgusting. The sofa and dining room chairs was very dirty.

The location of the resort was decent. This was our first time staying on that side of Myrtle Beach. We visit yearly and this was our 10 year anniversary. The room was okay. There was a lot of hair on the floor especially the bathroom. There was hair in the bed as well. The owner should invest in blinds for the window versus just a curtain that did not close all the way. Being that the bed was in the front that wasn’t good. If my husband went out to smoke early in the morning and I was still in bed when he opened the door anyone passing by would see me. There wasn’t any soap or paper towels. Luckily we brought our own soap, but there wasn’t any soap in the kitchen either and we had to go buy it. There could have been complimentary soap for the bathroom and a small bottle of dish soap. The staff was friendly and the over all property was clean. Our room with all that hair everywhere just disgusted me. I found myself using one of the towels and dragging it across the floor to get it up especially in the bathroom. That’s one of my biggest pet peeves. The drinks at the bar were good. This is a family hotel so tons of kids which we didn’t mind.

The property itself was very nice Our room.

Late check in, key card wouldn't work to get in room, Room was UNCLEAN, got stuck in elevator twice. Staff was quick and kind and honest. View of ocean was beautiful! Pool and hot tub were nice. Rooms were not stocked, dog food found on the floor, (we did not have a dog) would not recommend staying at the North Tower. Also light switch in kitchen didn’t work properly. VERY outdated!!!

Lots of outdoor pools and amenities for the family. Loved the resort vibe with the afternoon DJ, tiki bar, breakfast buffet & grilling options. Great location. Nice part of Myrtle Beach. Definitely recommend for families.

Horrible experience

We enjoyed the location and amenities provided. However our room was not clean. The floor had not been vacuumed or mopped upon arrival. The room was fine but the finishes were old and worn. There were cabinets missing hardware and stains on the doors that would not wash off. The curtains and lampshades were torn. Some of the plates and dishes kept in the room were dirty, but stored in the cabinets. We enjoyed the pools and beach access and the grounds he’d been pretty well maintained. I would not stay in the same room again.

From the time we got there, the floors in our condo felt like they had sand on them. Dirty around the door handles in our condo. Broken elevator in the parking garage that wasn't fixed during the week we were there. Pool towels were not offered to us when we checked in, but I read later we had to get them from the front desk that was in the other building from the one we were staying in. Chairs on balcony were old, dirty, uncomfortable. Few places to hang wet things in the bathroom including the towels. No dish towels nor other items to wash dishes with. No liquid dish detergent available. Very cheap toilet paper. Poop reported in pool, but no one came to clean it out nor shock the pool. People weren't warned not to get into the pool! (We were there at least 2 hours after it was reported!) Security guard (Cassandra?) came and tried to get someone there, but no response! (So glad it was later in the day and we were going to be on the beach our last day!) Just didn't feel the condo was up to expectations and what we paid to stay there.

Location The check in process was not good check in was suppose to be 4pm we couldn't check in til 530 pm and it was long lines to check in

Room was nice pretty new. Hotel and grounds were not clean. People eating and drinking all around pool area. Actually very gross. One lady made a tray of hot dogs and was putting them on buns by the pool. Ketchup all over. Outside food should not be allowed. Elevator floors all wet and had no AC.

It was a pleasant place to stay! My family really enjoyed ourselves!

Can't beat the beach and the pools. The rooms need some maintenence, but outside most of the time. Minimal staff with a help yourself approach.

I would not call it a "Resort"! Let's start with cleanliness: the room's floor was extremely sticky, and the counters were, too! Was the room comfortable? No, the mattress was worn out and had been covered with foam eggcrate. The sofa had large hollows in all three seats. There was minimal light in the bedroom and living room. The lower front panel of the stove was falling off. The bathroom sink faucet had only a pencil-width stream at best. The
