My second stay there. First one was a girls trip and it was amazing but now i went back with my family and small children and it was perfect! Easy access to beach nice and clear area, wet whistle for fast drink and food while at the pool with fast service! We love the pool with the sand pool and different depths of water, nice entertainment at the front pool facing the ocean, also have free shuttle service to the Embassy suite for the water park just need to scan bar code to request a ride. Parking can get expensive at 20$ a day ( until 11am ). Will be back!

I had a nice view

Our room was delayed for a “quality check” after cleaning, yet it was still dirty. There was popcorn and dirt by the window, and the trash was not emptied on arrival or after housekeeping the next day. The bathroom was dirty under the sink, with hair underneath and behind the door. I purposely left an item on the carpet; after housekeeping made the beds, it was still there, confirming the room had not been vacuumed. Breakfast was almost $100 for four people and was extremely disappointing: very poor selection and quality, old/reheated-tasting pastries, only a couple flavored yogurts, and peeled boiled eggs left out for everyone to touch, which was unhygienic. The breakfast area was dirty and service was terrible. Amenities were also poorly maintained this year, with dirt and animals/insects around them. Overall, the stay was okay, but cleanliness, maintenance, food quality, and service have declined every year. For the price, this is unacceptable. I hope management takes these problems seriously and restores the standards we experienced in previous years.

Everything! Nothing!

We were expecting it to be a lot nicer. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t what we expected for a Hilton hotel. Very disappointing. I think the only thing we liked was how close the walk to the beach was from the hotel. Literally just steps from the hotel so that was nice. The location wasn’t bad but they advertise a lot of amenities that you have to go to the other properties for. The ice machine was broken on several floors. Elevators extremely slow. Only clean area was the main lobby. The housekeeper that cleaned our room did an amazing job but when we first arrived it wasnt the cleanest. The view was disappointing too. Bathroom in our room was ran down. Mold painted over on the ceilings.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel being near plenty of restaurants and shops and the convenient access to the beach, pool, bar and lazy river. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the fact that while occupying room 427 in the Hilton Resort Myrtle Beach property, a huge cockroach appeared walking down the desk while my food sat out while I washed my hands to prepare myself to eat my dinner. I called for maintenance to come to witness the dead cockroach which i terminated. I felt uncomfortable a witnessing the huge cockroach and the fact that my Aic Conditioner had a loud humming sound that was very noticeable. Maintenance looked at my A.C unit and told me it couldn't be fixed and that it wasn't supposed to sound like that. And asked if id prefer to change room? And i told him as long as it was equal to with same room and view that i paid for. 12am maintenance comes back with a keyboard to room 509 with 2 bed and no view. Over sees the roof over lobby and back of another building . I paid for 2 beds with a balcony and ocean pool side view which i didn't receive till my last day. I checked in 8/13/26 and didnt get the correct room until 8/14/26 that evening. And management act if they had no clue of what I was going threw . When it was noted from the very 1st room change. And I got my room changed 3 time on a wedding trip that last 2 days and 3. nights. 100% Unacceptable!!!!

Breakfast voucher is worth it. Rooms were clean, although missing several items (trash bags, shower mat, tissues) Booking was not upfront about parking. Visitors must park in a paid garage—rate is $20 per day. Also, be prepared for a long walk from parking to your room with luggage, racks are not easily available. Front desk was unfriendly and not helpful when asked about it. No free coffee, there is a cafe in the lobby. Definitely a place that wants to charge extra for every amenity.

I don’t like the hotel room they said that the room was ocean front but when I got there I can barely see the beach and there was no microwave

The amenities were great! The room was okay, super small. Nice bed and balcony! Bathroom shower was nice but very very small.
