Their bathroom was dirty, toilet not flushable, AC was noisy. It was a disappointing stay. The front desk staff tried to make things better for us, but to no avail.

The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The only negatives were that the ceiling in our room was coming apart looked horrible. One of the lights were broken as well. We did find a cockroach in our bed also but only 1 and no bedbugs luckily. We would stay again as it’s a close walk to the beach and pier.

The room was not clean at all. Pet friendly hotel doesn’t separate rooms so dog hair was everywhere, no house keeping for your stay. Toilet barely flushed, odor in room and a/c filter needs to be cleaned. The staff was amazing.

Property was decent but smoking was done in courts by guests and they threatened when I asked them to put it out but disappeared quickly there after

Walk to the beach. Close to what I needed .Staff were friendly No maid service no microwave or fridge in the room. Internet kept turning off.only a few channels to choose on TV mostly sports or news. They charge $3 a day for room safe and you have to remember to tell them when you check out that you didn't use it.AC wasn't cold enough

Everything was great ! If you want a poolside room, let them know when you book the room. And explain for them to hold the poolside room .... happy travels.

Rooms weren’t all too completed during the stay, but the lovely hotel staff definitely made it worth it.

I was exhausted coming from early morning flights. A customer was ranting and raving about the poor condition her room was in. The staff member didn’t acknowledge me and allowed the customer to complain. The customer finally left after 5 minutes. I found it extremely rude not to acknowledge me. The room floor was sticky. The elevator smelled of rancid piss for a day. I didn’t have enough towels.

The 1st night a dog keep us awake half the night barking so we moved for 2nd night and tv didn’t work and they couldn’t get it to work so I wouldn’t recommend this place
