My only complaint was not having a bureau in the room the drawers were small only 2 and were to close to the floor

The staff charge me twice for my rooms. When I called no one got back to me. Terrible they didn't see this oversight.

A large hotel with good facilities. Good room size with comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Close to I-95 for travellers. Area is very quiet with little in the way of facilities close by

There was a layer of dust on all our surfaces in the room and the water pressure was really low. The bed was very comfortable, so we were grateful for that.

No working phone in the room! Boken fridge! Bedding Torn! What else!!! However front desk staff was GREAT! Bravo!

There was a a resort fee, which gets added. A credit is then given to be used at the restaurant.

Nice property . Service was unacceptable. Staff not prepared to support guest . Hidden fees. Room not ready until 9pm, no security to guarantee pool safety ( unauthorized minor endangering other guests)

The rooms were updated nicely and clean. Restaurant and Starbucks on site were nice. The entire reason for booking the property was to visit the pool with my young son. Upon check in we were told the pool would be opened that evening. Every day the staff said the pool would be open soon. The pool never opened as they were having issues balancing the salinity. I would have rather been told upfront they would not be open. I would have cancelled my reservation and found a different hotel in the area with a pool. There are many. Instead we left days later incredibly upset with a very sad and disappointed toddler.

The rooms were clean and the property was well maintained. The food at the restaurant The Helsman was excellent and would recommend the filet mignon. I rated the amenities only fair since the gum is closed until further notice.
