Pool outside patio was excellent for our son of 9yrs who loves swimming, beach within walking distance, although transport took all three of us to the beach location, but failed to pick us up, better communication on the transport side as we waited 25 mins and never turned up, in the end we walked back. transport transfers to and from hotel to beach and hotel ( better communication )

Early check in was a horrible experience … they wanted to charge me 2000tbh for 4 hours after a 30 hour trip from USA, the regular room I was paying for for 5 nights was only 1600 tbh a night. Grossly mismanaged by the staff, ruined my mood to hear this . Because of this treatment by the front desk, i didn’t spend one extra baht in the hotel , I didn’t use the bars restaurants or anything. I chose to spend my money outside the hotel. I even offered them 1000 tbh before they they suggested 2000 to me for only four hours.

Good location, comfortable beds, first line by the sea. The local market is right nearby. Quite a private area. Second time in this hotel. Breakfast has gotten worse. Some foods, such as eggs, are often left over from the previous day. Free internet access is only in the lobby and it is very poor. could not make calls via Whatsapp.

Good size rooms great bathroom and brilliant shower beach ?️ location was good had a massage in the beach area staff were very good breakfast was ok Rude guests who put towels and personal stuff on the sun beds and left them there for hours and some put them down the night before totally disgusting and disrespectful behaviour we only got a bed 1 day out of 3 and that was after 3 pm

The property was lovely The sun beds had towels on them very early in the morning, people didn’t show up to use them till a lot later. The staff should remove them after an hour. In all of the stay we never managed to get a bed around the pool.

Where do I start. I would say great views from our balcony. would have sat out there and watched the sun set had there been a table and a couple of chairs. would have moved the chair from the room out there but we needed that for our clothes along with the spare bed because of the lack of wardrobe space. It's a long list. The hotel is far to big for it's facilities the restaurant is not big enough to cope with it's guests finding a table for breakfast could take a while. The definite lack of sunbeds and space to put more if they had them (and the fact that all the sunbeds are reserved by those that are up before the crack of dawn. I am up for a stroll in the morning never later that 8, didn't seen a free sunbed). The standard of cleaning was a joke there was sand in our bath after I used it but had not noticed until the next day after the cleaner had been (I decided to see if it got cleaned, when we left ten days later it still hadn't lucky there was a separate shower). The staff are very grumpy, never smile, and have a very poor grasp of English, which is probably because the hotel and the whole of north Pattaya has manly Russian tourists so they cater for them. Great beach vendors renting sunbeds if you find yourself here, go to one of them 100 bhat per person per day, plus drinks and a good massage.

The pavillion side is few meters away from the hotel building as well as the beach. But it's worth! Pool, right outside the window, 5 minutes walk to a very nice beach. Surf n Turf cafe just adds on to the Chill vibes.

Beach front Pool is not clean. Have to ask staff to clean it but they did not have net to fishout plastics and other trash from the pool. It also had a lot of sand inside. Bathroom had some issues and have to point out a few times before it was fixed.

Terrible, worn out hotel, unsuitable for a holiday. Maximum 2-star. Very dangerous for kids, as balcony railing is unbelievably low and bathroom full of sharp corners. Unwalkable around, as no pedestrian walkways. Full of conferences with men bringing prostitutes in all the time and prostitutes waiting right outside. Staff are nice
