The location and the water park

Attention and support from the staff. The view! Having to ask for things to be sorted like a tv. It working on arrival and a mattress for the kids needing to be changed as it was not clean. Attention to detail matters.

Beach facing pool lots of activities for kids The staff at reception charged us for a dinner plan for my sons birthday which was fire and ice show on beach but in 10 mins we reached the venue there was no show which not only spoilt our sons birthday evening but also the huge disconnect between reception and restaurant staff could have easily avoided us paying a bomb for a no show !!!such a huge disappointment and poor staff communication amongst themselves

Location is on the beach and close taxi ride to the shopping malls. Waterpark, pool & beach facilities were an advantage which the kids loved. Rooms were comfortable and generous in size. While a small number of staff members were pleasant and helpful, the majority appeared demotivated, rigid, and unwelcoming. Our issues began upon arrival. We had booked four rooms, yet the hotel allocated them across different buildings. We were informed that if we wanted all rooms within the same building, we would need to either upgrade or downgrade our room categories. We reluctantly paid for upgrades, only to end up on three different floors within the same building, which was still highly inconvenient for our family. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The buffet was overcrowded and poorly managed, with guests having to queue for basic items such as coffee and cooked eggs. The food quality itself was average and did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this category. Overall, the lack of hospitality, poor room allocation, and chaotic dining experience significantly detracted from our stay.

It's a family friendly resort. The pools and slides were fun.

The room and facilties Too crowded

Very helpful staff. The pools are great for families. Lots of food for breakfast. A personnel allowed some people to park the cars longer at the drop and pick up entrance. There was mould near the sink, below the mirror (Room 614).

My kids love the water slides. Nothing.

Breakfast area was nicely renovated with good selections. Staffs and table cleaning service was very effective and attentive. Love the fried egg area and the new salad shelves. Always delicious pastry that are in bite size for easy consumption. Food servings were a bit too slow while many dishes were emptied and not replenished in time resulting in very long wait time. Lack of staffs to manage the grilled fish, pork shoulder BBQ and pork stick

Perfect for families with children, very clean and the staff is excellent. Everything was excellent.

It’s like a dream in real life. Very polite and respectful staff, great pool bar, the beach is very clean and the food is great! (Can’t miss out on the huge breakfast buffet) I‘ve been in this hotel the second time now, and it was as good as it was the first time, I’m definitely coming again in October! There should be more sun umbrellas at the beach, but people come and go, so you‘ll definitely get a sunbed and an umbrella after a while. Unfortunately we‘ve got a dirty towel once, don’t know exactly what was on it, but i honestly didn’t want to find out. Called the reception, they brought a new one after like 10 seconds.

Location, facilities and staff are superb. The Mirage Suite could have been SC-PWD friendly. The upper portion of the stairs are without handle. It will also be difficult to bring up the luggage to the 2f so it stayed at the second floor and had to go down and up for cloth changes.

Pool entertainment was great for the kids. Balazs and Fanni were really great entertainers! Little possibilities for the evening/night hours, but Bolt is quick and cheap to go to the city

90m2 space, just like our home. 2 bathrooms and AC, also android samsung TVs. Kids loved being in the waterpark. There was a tick hair on our food during breakfast buffet. Everything is overpriced. When you just get out of the resort, you can find anything at its right price. For example massage is 2300thb at the resort. Only environment charges you more! Except waterpark, and little kids drawing club, there is everything charges. For example ”lost world” area. It could be free for kids who are staying at the resort. Since the resort overpriced
