-Hotel's location is just opposite JR Nagano Station, easy to find -Staffs can communicate in English and very polite -Relax zone on top floor is great with 2 free massage chairs plus a lot of manga to read (Only in Japanese) with drinking machine which provide free juice, water, coffee -Free Soba at night from 9-11 PM, staffs who made it also polite and friendly -Convenient store is located next to hotel -Room size is not so big (For me it ok but those who prefer large room might reconsider) -No public bath on-site -Air condition is still an old style (No remote control, just a turning button with LOW, MID,HIGH level)

it was slightly inconvenient to have to go up to my room, pack out and head down to pickup amenities. But there was a great selection.

Super convenient location, just across from the JR station. Nice breakfast with many choices. Room size is small but fully functional. Enjoyed the massage chair on the 10th floor and free coffee and drinks. Super, super nice staff and I was impressed. They will bow and send you off when you ride the elevator up to your room. The two staff members will come out of the entrance to send you off when you leave. After I walked down the stairs and turned my head around, they were still there and bowed again and waved goodbye. I was very touched!! The room should have more power outlets, at least, add a power stripe. The room should have a better sound proof. The JR station square and the road in front of the hotel is non-stopping with human and road traffic. So it was pretty noisy throughout the night. There are always folks there who don't sleep and make loud noises between mid-night and early morning.

The proximity to restaurants, bars, and station are priceless. The staff is awesome, both kind and helpful. Did not realize it was a smoking cigarette hotel when I booked. Woke up to smell of smoke every morning.

I really liked the massage chair, it was a surprise! Also the amenities bar was a fun idea. The location near the bus terminal was fantastic. The escalator was broken so we had to bring our ski gear up the stairs. It was ok though.

Great location, basic room, nice staff! A lot of noise from outside, the sound from the crosswalk music was quite annoying, could definitely use some more soundproofing as well. However, if you like the sound off the crosswalk music you could use it as a lullaby :D

Great location- in the heart of the city and opposite station. The rooms were a bit run down with damage on walls and bathroom. Could do with a bit more cleaning.
