Bathroom was small and dated. Entire hotel appears ready for a refresh.

The hotel is at the JR station, which makes it easy to explore the area. In addition to the city center, we visited Togakushi and Hakuba, which is 1-2 hours away by bus. The TV screen shows which washing machines are available and how long it takes to complete the cycle, which makes it easier to do our laundry.

Location was great, connected to the train station which made it easy access to the Shinkansen and close to many restaurants.

The beautiful room had a great view of the mountains and the city. Had fun watching the trains in and out of the station. The beds and bedding were more comfortable than home. Convenient to train station for our last night in Japan. Last minute shopping available in the train station. We took a taxi to the temple.

1'st room we got aroom to the trains , that was very noisy. I went to the reception, complained , the changed the room twice . until we got aquiet room

Our room was clean and specious, had kettle and refrigerator; bed was comfortable. I asked for the quiet room, and it was quiet enough considering location.

Deluxe Twin Room was good size and clean. Location of this hotel is very convenient, due to being attached to the railway station. Breakfast was very average. Not many options, especially vegetarian.

The property is in excellent location. Just outside of Nagano station. This is the best option for less walking. I was traveling with family (4 of us), but I had to book two rooms because apparently there is a limit of 3 people per room, I ended up paying for 2 rooms and by the time we arrived, we realized the rooms were so spacious that I think I didn’t need to pay for the extra room.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the train station, shopping malls, and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity.
