Good breakfast and very close to Nagano station. We were using the hotel as a base camp for a ski trip. It worked well for that. The car parking was easy and cheap at 500 yen a day. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was not great. It worked and for the price is shouldn’t complain, but pretty firm and only 1 pillow. Room was very small, but that is pretty standard in Japan.

During check in the staff was not helpful. The room was very basic and minimal. The comfort level was ok but nothing special. Nothing about my stay there makes me want to stay there again and I would not recommend it. See above.

Good location walking distance to the Nagano station, the room was spacious enough. They have a heater for the winter as well. It was a pleasant stay. The breakfast was not that great, it would have been nice to have some milk available for coffee and tea. the breakfast area was very small and congested.

Perfect location near JR Station. Solid breakfast.

It was close to Nagano Station. The breakfast buffet was only open till 9:00am. All my other hotels on this trip were 9:30 or 10:00. They didn’t serve complimentary coffee after 10:00am. Why not just close it when breakfast closes. They still had old fashioned separate washer & dryers so you had to pay for both machines. It was a little cheaper overall than using the all in ones from other hotels.
